I am super excited to have found this very rare Ouroboros Snake Split ring. Ouroboros which is a snake swallowing its own tail symbolising infinity and the eternal cycle of renewal. It’s made from 15ct rosy gold. The detailing to it is stunning, the scales of the body and the head of snake, it looks so gorgeous. These were originally used for suspending fobs and pocket watches but are now perfect to use as extenders either for shorter chains or to change the length adding versatility to your neck stack. They are also perfect for hanging charms off of and this one is super secure, this is a lovely large one as well. 

Hallmarks- none, it has been tested at 15ct

Weighs- 3g

Measures- 2.2cm diameter. 2.5mm wide.

This split ring is in great condition, especially with how old it is. As with anything antique there maybe signs of wear. It has been cleaned and polished.

Overall, this is a solid polo for the price. The fabric quality is better than expected, with a nice balance of softness and durability. If Amazon fixed the length, this would be an easy five-star staple.
