In Time & Beauty: The Elements of Design, acclaimed interior designer Dan Fink shares the story of his philosophy, method, and sensibility, that define his work and studio.
Both contemplative and instructive, the book shares lessons on foundational thinking, technique, and personal learnings in interior design, told simply and poignantly, through words and photography.
Fink opens the book by explaining his unconventional path to design and his perspective that good design can be found in the nature that connects us all. He explores the fundamental elements of interior architecture and decoration that play a crucial role in his most beloved projects, showing that the character and balance of a room is a reflection of the fine-tuned dialogue between the carefully selected parts.
This book is the showcase of his studio's work over 15 years, highlighting his stylistic range and timeless point of view.
