Guest Speaker: Leigh Mellis
Leigh Mellis is the CEO and founder of the Scottish private jet charter company Jetlogic. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2009, when she founded the company during an economic recession. Mellis leveraged her extensive background in the aviation and yachting industries to identify a gap in the market for a more cost-effective private jet service.
Leigh is known for fostering a supportive, transparent, and empowering company culture. In May 2025, her leadership was recognised when she was named International Entrepreneur of the Year at the WeDO Scotland Awards
