Store and care for your cooked food products with the Giorik 900 Series Bain Marie Top.

The unit features a manual water fill, with a tank sloped to lever operated drain for easy emptying at the end of the day.

Giorik commercial bain-maries feature temperature regulation via thermostat, ranging from 30°C - 90°C. The indicator lights help to monitor the operation of the unit when turned on. A silicone heating pad external to the tank provides uniform heating in the tank, as well as superior hygiene and ease of cleaning.

This unit is made to last, manufactured with 304 grade stainless steel and rounded corners for ease of cleaning. This Giorik bain marie top is made to accommodate multiple GN pans (1/1GN + 1/3GN for 400mm wide model, and 2/1GN + 1/3GN for 800mm wide model).

Pair the 900 Series Bain Marie Top with other Giorik 900 Series equipment for a seamless line up.
