Nalgene™ Sterile Analytical Filter Units

Nalgene® filter units designed for microbiological analysis testing of water, food and beverage, raw materials, and finished products. Filter Units are comprised of polypropylene upper and high-impact polystyrene lower and include a 1/4" to 3/8" ID quick-disconnect tubing adapter for vacuum connection.  

Provides excellent recovery and growth of microorganisms. Upper chamber snaps away from receiver for retrieval of membrane with sterile forceps. Wide base is stable on the bench, and receiver is graduated from 20 to 150mL for easy reading of sample volume. 

Units with 0.45 µm membranes meet requirements for APHA Standard Methods and U.S. EPA water quality testing. Gamma-sterilized, individually wrapped.
