• When UWB is disabled by software on supported vehicles, proximity and remote functions remain operational.

RFA, BCM & Token Workflow Notes
The correct workflow depends on the condition of the vehicle, module status, and required procedure.

• If the RFA is unlocked, the HW04-B can support OBD key programming, key erase, and Alarm Off on supported vehicles.
• If the RFA is locked, the customer may be able to place the vehicle in service mode, depending on the vehicle and situation.
• If the RFA is locked and service mode is not available, token-based key cloning may be required.
• HW04-B supports RFA programming when the BCM is unlocked.
• HW04-B supports RFA programming when the BCM is locked on compatible models, which may create a key programming pathway without token use.
• HW04-B supports BCM programming on compatible models.
• HW04-B includes DOIP authorization.
• HW04-B includes ability to program Telematics Units on compatible models on a token base
