SAUVIGNON BLANC D.O.C. SICILIA

- Soil: Calcareous mixed with marly clays
- Vineyard: 4,000 vines/ha arranged east-west with spurred cordon pruning
- Harvest: Manual in early August – 9 tonnes/ha
- Agronomic Practices: Manual cultivation without the use of chemical substances, organic farming techniques employed, micro-irrigation.
- Vinification: Without skin maceration, use of natural yeasts, malolactic fermentation not carried out.
- Ageing: In stainless steel for approximately three months, aged on the lees with batonnage (lees stirring)
- Organoleptic Characteristics: Deep greenish-yellow colour; aromas of tomato leaf, cat pee (a common descriptor for Sauvignon Blanc), passion fruit and mint; fruity, harmonious and very persistent taste.

Great for creating a workspace

Great room separator

The panels are much longer than we expected! We only needed 3 of the 4 proivided. It's slightly flimsy, but holds together nicely. The screwdriver that came with did not fit the screws, but luckily we had a Phillips head. It's very lightweight. It is definitely a good value for the money.
