The 2017 Cuvée is crafted from hand-harvested fruit, gently whole bunch pressed to ensure impressive balance and finesse. Comprising 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, the fruit from this season boasted excellent depth of flavor and high natural acidity. After four and a half years of tirage aging, the wine has achieved compelling complexity. With only 3g/l dosage, the wine's fine quality is underscored by its elegant yet powerful fruit characteristics.
