Our special blend for those beginning to experience menopause can help alleviate all of these symptoms, and help welcome this new phase of the body’s life with more enthusiasm.
- Centaurea cyanus, Convolvulus pluricaulis, Withania somnifera, Bacopa monnieri, Commiphora wightii, Terminalia arjuna, Mentha spicata L, Chrysopogon zizanioides, Asparagus racemosus, Maidenhair tree, Hypericum perforatum, Trifolium pretense, Rubus idaeus and Green Tea.
- Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of Healthy Menopause Tea in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.

No after affects
I've been taking Melatonin for about 48 yrs. And has no after affects. I take it as needed. I've taken 1mg to 5mg. depending what kind of a day I've had. The pill is very small. I like the orange and peppermint flavors. The best time to take it is about 45mins. before you would go to bed.

Source Natural is a good brand but I find 5 mg too strong and need to split them.
As a person with sleep problems due to illness I can say that this melatonin works to get me to sleep sooner. I don't sleep most of the night without it and this brand works better than others I've tried. I can't use 5 mg though and find 2.5mg better. I'm cutting them in half and don't plan to order 5 mg. again.
