Tennis Elbow Pain Relief —— Progressive Resistance Training
Step 1
Hold the bottom of the torque bar with the hand on the affected side, palm facing towards yourself.
Step 2
With your healthy hand, grasp the top of the torque bar, back of the hand facing you, and rotate towards your fingers.
Step 3
At the same time, extend both arms straight forward.
Step 4
Hold your healthy arm still and twist the torque bar in the direction of the affected hand's fingers until it resets.
Golfer's Elbow Pain Relief —— Progressive Resistance Training
Step 1
Grasp one end of the torque bar with the affected side hand, palm facing towards yourself.
Step 2
With your healthy hand, hold the torque bar's other end, back of hand facing you, and rotate towards your thumb.
Step 3
Extend both arms straight forward at the same time.
