The Tyan Transport SX GT62F-B8026-LE Barebone System is a compact, high-density 1U server chassis built for demanding data-centre workloads. Engineered around an AMD Socket SP3 platform, this barebone system delivers scalable processing power and a generous memory footprint in a space-efficient 1U form factor. Ideal for virtualization, database acceleration, and storage-heavy deployments, it provides a solid blank slate for customizing memory, storage, and networking to fit your exact enterprise needs. With support for up to 1 TB of DDR4 RAM across 16 DIMM slots, plus ten 2.5" drive bays and 10 SATA interfaces, you can design fast, reliable storage arrays and high-throughput workloads in a dense rack-mounted package. A robust management controller (ASPEED AST2500) and a capable SATA backplane further simplify administration in modern data centers. This barebone chassis is the foundation you need to build a tailor-made server that aligns with your performance, scalability, and budget goals.

  • 1U rack-mountable chassis for dense data-center deployments, designed to maximize rack space without compromising airflow or serviceability.
  • AMD Socket SP3 platform with support for 1 x processor, delivering scalable compute headroom for virtualization, databases, and enterprise apps while keeping power efficiency in check.
  • Massive memory capacity — up to 1 TB of DDR4 memory across 16 total slots, compatible with DDR4-2666 (PC4-21300) speeds to accelerate in-memory workloads and large-scale multi-threaded tasks.
  • Flexible storage options — 10 x 2.5" drive bays with 10 SATA interfaces (Serial ATA/600) to enable high-density storage configurations, RAID setups, and fast I/O throughput for heavy data access patterns.
  • Integrated management and graphics controller — ASPEED AST2500 32 MB graphics for remote management, monitoring, and console access, enabling streamlined administration and out-of-band control in remote or distributed environments.

how to install Tyan Transport SX GT62F-B8026-LE Barebone System

Building a complete server from the Tyan Transport SX GT62F-B8026-LE begins with assembling the core components inside the barebone chassis. Follow these steps to configure a ready-to-run system aligned with your workload requirements:

  • Prepare your workspace and gather required components: AMD socket SP3 processor, DDR4 DIMMs (up to 1 TB across 16 slots), and the drives you intend to use in the 2.5" bays. Ensure you have compatible power cables and, if needed, a compatible management network port for remote administration.
  • Install the CPU into the Socket SP3 socket on the motherboard. Align the processor correctly with the socket, apply any required thermal interface material (TIM) if your CPU requires it, and secure the heatsink according to the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure proper cooling.
  • Populate the memory slots. Install DDR4 DIMMs in the recommended banks and populate in multiples of channels for optimal memory interleaving and performance. Consult the motherboard layout diagram (in the system manual) for correct slot population order and supported DIMM types.
  • Install storage drives into the 2.5" bays and connect SATA backplane cables or individual SATA cables as required by your configuration. Configure any RAID or backplane settings in the BIOS/UEFI or through the management interface after powering up for the first time.
  • Secure the motherboard assembly back into the chassis or rack, connect power, and attach networking and management cables to their respective ports. Power on the system and enter the BIOS/UEFI to configure boot order, CPU priorities, memory settings, and any virtualization features as needed.
  • Initialize the ASPEED AST2500 management controller if you plan to use remote management. Ensure IP access, credentials, and firewall rules allow you to monitor sensors, view console output, and perform remote maintenance as required.
  • Install an appropriate operating system or hypervisor, then proceed with post-installation tuning: enable virtualization extensions if needed, configure storage arrays, set up fans and thermal profiles, and implement consistent backup strategies to protect data integrity.
  • Test system stability under representative workloads and verify that all drives, memory channels, and management functions operate correctly. Validate network connectivity, storage performance, and any RAID or backplane configurations before putting the server into production.

My dog and I love this!
Color: Orange, Size: Large
The balls are larger and fit the Chuck It with the larger ball size perfectly. The balls are hard rubber material and have stood up to continued chewing after our dog picks them up. They bounce and are really hard wearing. Great product for the price!

Durable but don't give this to them as an everyday chew toy.
Color: Orange, Size: Large
My Catahoula loves these things. Great for a training aid and to let them get their zoomies out but not durable enough for an idle chew toy.

Great for dogs that love cat toys
Size: Small - 2 Count (Pack of 1)
I have a 45# dog who loves to play with cat toys. She's a strange one, but it's what she likes. She also loves ChuckIt balls (glow in the dark, squeaker, rubber, etc.). We bought 2 2-packs and we're glad we did. These are about the side of ping pong balls or golf balls. Yes, if your dog's an aggressive chewer or smaller than a teacup these will probably not last long. Yes, my weirdo dog almost immediately picked all the "fuzz" off the ball because that's what she does. The quality and durability of the ball haven't been affected, it's just a bald little ball. Highly recommend for any non-aggressive chewers that LOVE cat-sized toys.

Not very durable
Size: Small - 2 Count (Pack of 1)
I purchased some of these balls a while back and had forgotten how quickly my yorkie puppy was able to destroy them.. I recently ordered some more bc I saw them on sale. I now have another yorkie pup that also loves to play ball. They actually play ball with each other. Within 24 hrs, the balls are fraying and they are getting choked on the fuzzy s off the balls. I'm not going to bother to return 3 2pks bc they were so cheap. Now I know why.

This ball seems to be a counterfeit.
Size: Large - 2 Count ( Pack of 1), Size: Large - 2 Count ( Pack of 1)
This ball seems to be a counterfeit and if it is not, it was made not to be played with by animal or human. In a review I just read, Iduna had posted this: Iduna 1.0 out of 5 stars Only for the most docile of play Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2024 Size: Large - Pack of 2Verified Purchase I thought it was great that these came in all sizes and bought the large for an urban dog park hoping it would not go through the slats of the fence and bought these as sort of a test before I bought the launcher. While the sizing was great unfortunately each one lasted a little more than half an hour. The rubber sphere part is constructed of two halves and I don't know if there's any sort of sealant between those two halves or if it's just held together by the thin tennis ball type cover but some bouncing off of the turf covered concrete and dog play upon retrieval caused the two rubber halves to separate and a few more tosses led it to quit bouncing and sort of squished together when the dogs grabbed it. That caused the thin tennis ball type material to fray and all was lost. This post was more than true without any exaggeration. Our dog fetched it in the house and tore it up within 5 mins. The original Chuckit launcher and ball was our first purchase thinking that these would be great balls to replace the Launcher ball which actually lasted our dog about 3 months of constant play and grinding on it (He loved that thing). This one came apart very easily as you can see, but the smell of the broken rubber was extremely solvent smelling (like toluene) of which I have good experience with chemicals like it from the industry in which I worked. Industrial solvents are definitely bad for our pets and that is the smell that comes out of this broken ball even at a distance. It filled our kitchen with the stench. I find this rather suspect when the description says: "this toy is designed with an extra-thick natural rubber core". In any case, the ball fell apart quickly and it is not like the launcher ball at all. I coach tennis and a real tennis ball would be better for our dog than this thing. Broken tennis balls don't smell like that at all and they last much longer and cost the same amount for 3 or 4 vs 2.
