Use 3-4 times weekly or more if needed. Wet hair thoroughly and apply shampoo liberally starting with the scalp. Creating a rich lather, massage product into the roots and work your way down to the ends of the hair. Rinse thoroughly, and follow up with Ultra Curl with Argan & Shea Butter Conditioner.

CONDITIONER DIRECTIONS
For best results, use after shampooing with Difeel Ultra Curl with Argan & Shea Butter Shampoo. After shampooing, squeeze out excess water and apply Ultra Curl Conditioner. Gently work in and rinse thoroughlyha

If you don't like the height you can also go buy the which is by the same company but is adjustable. I love using the hole in the back for cable management. It is also more portable than one might think. Yes, it doesn't collapse or fold or anything however, you can put it in a bag and it will leave a nice cavity for you to place books and other materials in. I have brought it with me to coffee shops. The only reason I am giving this product 4-stars is that it is not perfectly stable. There is a slight wobble during typing. It is not extreme enough to really get in the way of use but it certainly isn't a perfect product like some people claim. Perhaps they were using lighter or smaller laptops.
