This bag is a washed Parainema from the 2024 harvest by Benjamin Paz from the El Brujo farm based in Santa Barbara, Honduras. Compared to the traditional Washed processed Pacas from the

This bag is a washed Parainema from the 2024 harvest by Benjamin Paz from the El Brujo farm based in Santa Barbara, Honduras. Compared to the traditional Washed processed Pacas from the area, this Parainema lot is more juicy and has much wilder, more expressive character to it. Think big fruit character balanced with bright acidity.
This is the first time Frukt coffee has been available in Ontario.
