Master Your Electrical and Data Installs with the Versatile Crescent Wiss CW5T Shears
The Crescent Wiss CW5T Electrician's Data Shears are the ultimate multi-tool for professionals working with electrical and data cabling. Featuring precision-ground steel blades with a titanium coating that is three times harder than steel, these shears offer unmatched durability and a long-lasting sharp edge. The double-serrated bottom blade provides a superior grip on materials, ensuring every cut is clean and controlled, while the integrated cable cutter delivers the power needed for heavy-duty shear cuts through tough electrical cables.
Beyond simple cutting, these compact shears are a true Swiss-army knife for the jobsite. They feature integrated wire strippers for 19 and 23 AWG wires, a dedicated "Grip Zone" for tightening wire nuts or crimping low-voltage connections, and specialized serrations on the outside edges for reaming conduit and electrical box knockouts. The touch-point ergonomic handles with soft-textured TPR grips ensure exceptional comfort during repetitive use, while the ergonomic control bar extension provides the extra leverage required for precision data work.
Key Features
- Precision Titanium Blades: Coating is 3X harder than steel for extra durability and a longer cutting life.
- Integrated Wire Strippers: Quickly and easily strip 19 AWG and 23 AWG wires directly in the scissor blade.
- Multifunctional Grip Zone: Specialized area in the handle for tightening wire nuts and crimping low-voltage connections.
- Conduit Reaming Edges: Serrations on the outside edges of the blades allow for easy reaming of conduit and electrical box knockouts.
- Double Serrated Bottom Blade: Grips material firmly for better control and cleaner, more professional cuts.
- Ergonomic TPR Grips: Soft-textured touch points maximize fit, control, and user comfort to reduce hand fatigue.
