Al naso, si apre in note delicatamente tropicali unite a miele e grafite. Al palato rivela complessi strati di pesca, conserva di agrumi e nocciole tostate. Una leggera traccia di acidità e una seducente mineralità salina bilanciano l'intensa anima fruttata e conferiscono un finale lungo e fresco.Da una delle regioni neozelandesi più importanti, arriva questo Sauvignon Blanc di Cloudy Bay, frutto di una selezione di uve da provenienti da quattro singoli appezzamenti. Te Koko fermenta in botti di rovere francese con lieviti indigeni per quattro/cinque mesi a cui seguono 11 mesi di maturazione sulle fecce in botti di rovere francese prima dell'assemblaggio e della maturazione. È un Sauvignon Blanc complesso e corposo, diverso da tutti gli altri neozelandesi, che sarà capace di diventare il protagonista della tavola, esaltando tutte le preparazioni alle quali sceglierete di abbinarlo.
Ottimo se abbinato ad un primo piatto a base di spaghetti e frutti di mare.

Love these spoons!

Have ordered these spoons a couple times over the past few years. They really are sturdy and great quality I just hate that since the pandemic they went from $13 for a box of 1000 spoons to $27 but like everything else around us, the price has risen astronomically! Anywho, we’ve used them for Thanksgiving, Christmas and everything in between. My daughter uses them every night to scoop out cat food like someone else mentions. We have two cats and we don’t want to dirty up a spoon ever night for their nightly feeding when we divide a can of kitty food between them. I’ve used the spoons to mix resin, paints among other crafts and they’ve always held up without bending. Truly their worth the price but man it hurts the pocket when everything we buy right now has doubled to tripled in price now! (Even that dad-limb cat food! Lol) But if you can swing the cost I can promise you it’s worth it. They hold up well for hot soups and those big scoops of banana pudding like mine that is heavy! I’ve bought their forks once and they are just as good but we go through spoons so much more around my house.

Excellent product, these spoons aren’t small for teaspoons like other brands. They’re strong enough for all types of food and never bend it break. Also, the price is right for so many spoons. I always by this brand.
