Story

Captain's Cove is a beautiful anchorage not too far from my home village of Kitkatla. As a young man I used to canoe there from the village to watch the salmon, trout and steelhead making their way up the creek to the lake. I've always wanted to return to this beautiful spot in the Great Bear Rainforest.

This September I had a wonderful opportunity to travel to Captain's Cove for an evening anchorage with a good friend, Norman Larson. The gulls cry echoed from the hillside as the soft colors of a Kitkatla sunset filled the sky and reflected in the calm waters of the bay. We watched the colors fade and the stars come out to say good night.

We enjoyed a peaceful sleep anchored in the calmness of Captains Cove.

Block Mount: High-quality print mounted on a 3/8” MDF board where a protective UV lamination is applied. Features a 3/4" black wood frame and a pre-cut hanger slot for easy hanging. (No glass).

What You Didn't Know
Format: Paperback
Did you know that if you were a Catholic Priest on the streets of New York in 1747 that you'd be arrested and hung! Great book if you're interested in the times during which our founding Fathers were growing up. It'll give you a different concept on how slavery was different in NYC as opposed to in the South, and how many of the streets in NYC got there names from English magistrates. If you like history, especially of NYC, you'll love this book.

Affordable and gets the job done
Format: Paperback
This is a great book. It gets the job done. It's clear and concise about the important concepts. The authors really edit the cases so that only the important and relevant stuff without the other fluff. I think that this book is better than other expensive textbooks. I don't think anyone didn't love this book. 100% would encourage professors to assign this book.

Genuinely the best textbook ever
Format: Paperback
I have never had a better time understanding cases / the law than in this book. The authors made it incredibly straightforward & easy to read which is highly appreciable as the majority of other legal textbooks are confusing & full of questions without answers. 11/10 recommend!!!!!!!!!!

THIS BOOK ROCKS. It is reasonably priced and to the point. Love how the authors intermix cases with other useful information. If you are considering using this book for your criminal procedure class, you would be SILLY not to!
