The ADS Mesa 2.5 Series Shocks provide a direct OEM fit ( 0.0" - 2.50" of lift), with a bolt-on installation that makes upgrading easy. These shocks feature an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) for consistent damping, improved responsiveness, and enhanced longevity. The 2.50-inch shock body increases fluid capacity, resisting shock fade for better off-road performance. The UV-stable ceramic powder-coated steel body are drawn over mandrel that ensures maximum durability, and the black anodized billet aluminum top and bottom caps provide additional strength. The hard-chrome plated steel shock shafts have a 0.875-inch diameter for superior corrosion resistance, while spacers made from 303 stainless steel offer extra durability. With a mono-tube internal construction for enhanced performance, these shocks are fully rebuildable, ensuring long-term value and superior performance. Proudly made in the USA, they feature high-quality American components.

Specifications:
The suspension is passive, with non-adjustable compression, rebound, reservoir, and adjustable ride height. The body diameter is 2.5 inches, and it is made from steel with a ceramic coating. The shock shaft material is hard-chrome plated steel with a 0.875-inch diameter. The upper mount is a plate and the lower mount is a clevis, and the shocks are gas-charged, the coilover springs are made by Eibach and have a 700 PPI rate. They are sold as a pair and include mounting hardware.

The book provides a complete, high-level overview of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). As the title suggests, it covers both Portfolio Management and Project Management. The book is a great reference for PPM concepts. I personally found the first few chapters of the book very interesting, because it talks about portfolio management in a different manner than what you would read in other books such as PMI's The Standard for Portfolio Management. The book has been written in an easy-to-read style and it provides pragmatic ideas on how to best help an organization manage their portfolio, using concepts such as: Anchoring, superior estimation, batch vs. ad hoc prioritization, one portfolio or many, private collection of information, winner's curse, innovation vs. improvement projects, accounting vs. project management, etc. In short, the book is a recommender for all PPM practitioners!

I really like this version of a practice test. It covers pretty much all the topics I wanted to learn more about (like math related) and the fact that’s it’s current for this year is great.
