400mg high-stim energy with aggressive focus and classic intensity

Insane Labz Psychotic is an old-school high-stim pre-workout that's all about the intensity, not showing every detail on the label. The idea is simple: give you a powerful boost through their proprietary “Psychotic Blend” instead of listing everything out like a science paper. From what we've checked, that blend is 4,459mg per scoop and packs beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, caffeine anhydrous, AMPiberry®, Oxygold®, dimethylethanolamine (DMAE), rauwolfia vomitoria root bark extract, and huperzine serrata extract. Other sources point to about 400mg total caffeine per serving, which puts this in the big leagues for stims.

Caffeine anhydrous is the star here. With around 400mg total caffeine, you'll feel it hit quick—more alert, less tired, and ready to push harder. Studies show doses like this can boost endurance, power, focus, and fight off fatigue, but it's strong enough to be too much if you're not used to it. Basically, this is what makes it feel 'Psychotic'.

Beta-alanine is first in the blend, so it's probably a decent amount, but the prop blend hides the exact dose. It works by building up carnosine in your muscles over time, which helps fight the acid that causes that burning feeling in tough sets. You want about 3.2g a day for the best results, but since it's mixed in with stims and other stuff in a 4,459mg blend, we can't say if it's fully dosed. That tingle you might feel right away? That's just a side effect—the real perks come after using it steady for weeks.

Creatine monohydrate is a proven strength and power ingredient through p

Key Highlights

  • Around 400mg total caffeine per scoop—this is serious high-stim stuff, not something for every day. Experienced folks feel a big boost in alertness, drive, and easier workouts, but build your tolerance first if you're not there yet.
  • 4,459mg proprietary Psychotic Blend—it's a mix of stims and performance boosters without showing individual amounts. You get a strong, unique feel from it, but yeah, no exact doses for things like beta-alanine, creatine, or the focus ingredients.
  • Beta-alanine tops the blend—order counts, so it's likely a key player. It boosts muscle carnosine levels over time, helping cut down on that acid burn during intense reps.
  • Creatine monohydrate is in there—this is the go-to creatine for building strength, power, and handling back-to-back hard efforts. Dose isn't listed, so think of it as a bonus, not your full creatine plan.
  • AMPiberry® is a branded juniper extract—it's meant to help stims absorb better and last longer, giving you smoother energy than straight caffeine. Not a ton of studies, but it makes sense for keeping that high going through your workout.
  • Oxygold® fulvic acid is for support—fulvic acid helps move nutrients around and fights oxidative stress, like wear and tear from training. It's not the main draw, but it adds some smart backup to the stims.
  • DMAE for that alert, dialed-in vibe—it's common in focus supps to keep you sharp and engaged. In a pre, it helps you stay locked on your sets without feeling scattered.
  • Rauwolfia vomitoria root bark extract—this gives Psychotic its extra bite over basic caffeine pre's. The alpha-yohimbine from it creates that urgent, aggressive energy that hardcore users chase.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned stim fans who dig 300mg+ caffeine and want it kicked up. Psychotic's probable 400mg caffeine with rauwolfia and huperzia is for when you need intensity right from warm-ups.
  • Bodybuilders in tough growth phases needing mental fire more than huge pumps. The caffeine, DMAE, and rauwolfia setup is for attacking workouts when motivation's low but volume's high.
  • Guys lifting after long shifts who fight brain drain over body fatigue. This cuts through that flat vibe with quick stims and sharper focus than plain caffeine pre's.
  • Pre-workout lovers who get hyped by beta-alanine tingles as their get-ready signal. It's first in the blend, so you'll likely feel it, but real benefits build over steady use.
  • Folks into classic hard-hitting stim pre's over fancy pump or clear-label ones. Psychotic prioritizes drive, edge, and that CNS buzz over pretty packaging.
  • Strength athletes needing help on heavy days when recovery's off or mind's flat. Caffeine boosts alertness and eases effort feel, with creatine and beta-alanine possibly helping if doses land right.

How to Use

Kick off with half a scoop 20-30 minutes pre-training to test tolerance, especially if high-stims are new to you. Full scoop is for vets who know they can take big caffeine hits. Mix in 8-12 ounces water, shake well—cold and diluted helps it taste better and sip easier. Empty stomach speeds it up and amps the feel; food before slows it and softens the kick. Don't mix with coffee, energies, thermogenics, or other stims—the caffeine's already high, and rauwolfia cranks it more. For real creatine gains, add a standalone daily instead of counting on this. Cycle it: 6-8 weeks on, then switch to low-stim to reset tolerance. Keep the tub sealed, cool, and dry—powders like this clump if wet.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: down the drink, and on an empty stomach, you might feel the first warmth and stim hints quick. Minutes 10-20: caffeine ramps up, beta-alanine could tingle, and you're shifting to amped mode. Minutes 20-40: peak time for most—energy, drive, and that rauwolfia-huperzia intensity make the workout feel fired up. Minutes 40-90: it should hang around, thanks to AMPiberry® stretching the energy instead of a fast crash. Days 1-7: stim and focus hit right away, that's the main draw. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine builds carnosine for endurance, and creatine might add up if the dose is decent, but the blend keeps it a guess.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Insane Labz Psychotic?

Available verification strongly indicates Psychotic delivers 400mg total caffeine per serving. That places it squarely in the high-stim category and makes it appropriate for experienced users, not beginners or stimulant-sensitive individuals.

Is Psychotic a good pre-workout for beginners?

No, this is not where most beginners should start. The likely 400mg caffeine load, combined with rauwolfia and huperzia, creates a much more intense effect than entry-level pre-workouts and increases the chance of jitters, nausea, rapid heartbeat, or sleep disruption in inexperienced users.

Does Psychotic have a proprietary blend?

Yes. The active ingredients are contained in a 4,459mg proprietary Psychotic Blend, which means individual doses for beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, AMPiberry®, Oxygold®, DMAE, rauwolfia, and huperzia are not fully disclosed.

Can I rely on Psychotic for my daily creatine dose?

Not if you want certainty. Creatine monohydrate is included, but the dose is hidden inside the proprietary blend, so you cannot verify that it reaches the 3-5g daily range typically used for full muscle creatine saturation.

What does AMPiberry® do in this formula?

AMPiberry® is a trademarked Juniperus communis extract used to potentially increase absorption and reduce the metabolic clearance of stimulants like caffeine. In practical terms, it is intended to help the energy feel smoother and last longer, though the evidence for this exact use remains limited.

Will Psychotic make me tingle?

Possibly. Beta-alanine leads the blend, and many users notice the classic tingling sensation shortly after ingestion, especially when taking the product on an emptier stomach. That feeling is normal and separate from beta-alanine’s real long-term benefit, which comes from building carnosine over time.

What makes Psychotic feel stronger than basic caffeine-only pre-workouts?

It is not just the caffeine dose. Psychotic combines high caffeine with rauwolfia for a sharper adrenergic edge, huperzia for focus intensity, DMAE for alertness, and AMPiberry® to potentially extend the stimulatory curve.

When should I take Psychotic before training?

Take it 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That timing generally gives caffeine and the focus ingredients enough time to begin taking effect so the peak lines up with your first hard working sets.

Should I use a full scoop right away?

No. Because this is a high-stim pre-workout, most users should begin with half a scoop to assess tolerance before considering a full serving. That is especially important if you have not recently used products with 300mg-plus caffeine.

What should I stack with Psychotic?

The smartest stack is usually a standalone creatine monohydrate, electrolytes, and optionally a stim-free pump product if you want better blood flow support. Avoid adding other stimulants, since the formula is already aggressive on its own.

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.

Slow, sorry but good
Format: Kindle
This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.

Very detailed! Beautiful world building! Strong Heroine!
Format: Kindle
Starts off a little slow and confusing with different POV’s, but starts to all come together towards the middle to make an elaborate plot line and makes it all worth it. Beautiful world building and attention to detail as well as great writing. The cliffhanger was gut wrenching! Can’t wait for the next book!
