Giallo paglierino chiaro, al naso esprime un bel bouquet di frutta esotica con note di banana, mela cotogna, frutto della passione, mango e melone. Al palato è morbido ed armonico, caratterizzato da una lieve nota salata e minerale, lungo e volumetrico. Chiude con finale di ottima persistenza, sul frutto.Il Tellus Chardonnay, Bianco del Lazio della Famiglia Cotarella, nasce da uve di chardonnay, alle quali viene aggiunta una percentuale di pinot bianco. Le due varietà, che arrivano a maturazione in periodi diversi, vengono lavorate separatamente e poi unite in blend, per essere fatte infine maturare in acciaio. Pieno al gusto, ma nel contempo fresco e minerale, è un ottimo bianco per la tavola di tutti i giorni.
Ottimo con un primo piatto saporito; spaghetti cacio e pepe.
