Details
365 Super Absorbent is a sterile, non-adhesive, multi-layer super-absorbent wound dressing for use on moderate to high exudate wounds. The dressing has a low adherent wound contact mesh layer, a water resistant backing layer to prevent strike-through. The dressing has a multi-layer highly absorbent core with rapid fluid uptake, which forms a gel when in contact with exudate, locking away fluid, even under compression. 365 Super Absorbenst have a high moisture vapour transfer rate to prolong wear time.
Indications for use
Suitable for use with moderate to high level exudate exuding wounds. For example;
• Pressure ulcers
• Diabetic foot ulcers
• Leg ulcers
• Post-operative wounds
• Superficial and partial thickness burns
• Shallo/granulating wounds.
Dressing Application
1. Cleanse the wound in accordance with local clinicial protocols.
2. Select a dressing size that allows a 3 cm margin over/around the wound.
3. Apply to the wound with the white side down ("blue side to the sky") and secure with a secondary dressing (tape or bandage). For large wounds several dressings can be placed side-by-side.
4. Dressing use should always be re-evaluated if wound exudate levels change.
Frequency of Dressing Change
• The use of super absorbent dressings should always be re-evaluated if wound exudate levels change.
• During the early stages of wound management, observe the wound daily for signs of infection or other complications (or as recommended by local clinical protocols).
• The frequency of dressing change is determined by the condition of the wound and local clinical protocols.
• Dressings can be left in place for up to 7 days, or until the dressing becomes saturated with exudate, whichever is sooner.
Dressing Removal
1. Careful and correct dressing removal is vital to minimise the risk of damaging the wound bed and new granulating tissue.
2. Remove the retention dressing or bandage and carefully lift the dressing away from the wound.
3. The dressing should be removed slowly and carefully.
4. As the dressing is removed, the newly exposed skin should be supported.
Precautions;
• 365 Super Absorbent Dressing is not a haemostat and should not be used on bleeding wounds or arterial bleeds.
• Do not cut the dressing.
• Do not use 365 Super Absorbent Dressings in cavities, as the dressing will swell as it absorbs fluid.
• Do not use on dry wounds.
• Dressings can be left in place for up to 7 days, or until the dressing becomes saturated with exudate, whichever is sooner.
• If the condition of the wound deteriorates, discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional.
• Do not use if the peel pouch is opened or damaged.
• Sterile.
• Single Use.
• Latex Free.
• Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

Decent material, more of a sporty outfit than a tracksuit
I got the XXl which is what I get in Adidas when they’re cut slim. This is not cut slim. I like the looser fit, but it’s not like a tracksuit top at all, it’s like a shirt. The bottom is a plain hem. It’s way too wide for me like this. It needs a drawstring in it or an elastic waist. The material is slick and has a clean finish. The pants are the same as the top, it’s not fuzzy inside, it doesn’t have the same static cling fuzzy polyester gets. It’s thicker than I expected, more like track pants than gym shorts. I need to put some elastic thru the bottom hem so it fits better.
