Vinifica in acciaio a temperatura controllata e sosta sulle fecce nobili fino a febbraio, prima di essere imbottigliato.
Consigliato per accompagnare delicate preparazioni a base di pesce, antipasti semplici, torte salate, stuzzichini e primi piatti della zona. Interessante anche con tartare di pesce, sushi e sashimi.
