Antique 'Augusta' Citrine Intaglio Signet RingThis enchanting antique ring dates to the Georgian era, created in the classic signet style and set with a beautifully warm citrine intaglio. This enchanting antique ring dates to the Georgian era, created in the classic signet style and set with a beautifully warm citrine intaglio. The stone itself is likely older than the mount, suggesting that it was cherished and reset during the period.

The intaglio is round in shape and exquisitely engraved with the word “Augusta”, presented on a circular ribbon tied delicately at the bottom. At the centre of the ribbon sits a single, finely carved flower with its stem, a charming and meaningful detail.

“Augusta” - A Latin name meaning majestic, venerable, or worthy of honour. It was historically used as a title of high esteem, often given to empresses or noblewomen. In personal seals and intaglios, the name conveyed dignity, reverence, and status. The ribbon, in classical symbolism, a tied ribbon often represents unity and loyalty a binding of affection or lineage. Finally the flower, a single bloom, is traditionally associated with purity of sentiment and the beauty of the individual it represents. Together with the inscription, it may have honoured a beloved woman named Augusta, or symbolised admiration for someone held in exceptionally high regard.

The soft golden glow of the citrine paired with the age worn warmth of the setting gives this ring a truly timeless presence. Its elegance and historical layering make it a captivating antique for collectors of intaglios, sentimental jewellery, or Georgian era treasures.

Awesome graphic
Format: Kindle
This graphic tale is engaging, thought providing. Leads you into taking another look into the events of the past as you grew up in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Cool blend of a crazy bend of history, horror, and secret organizations of control.

A good beginning
Format: Kindle
This is a difficult book to review because just as it really gets going, it ends. But I like the direction it is headed. The writing is solid and the artwork is gripping. The point it appears to want to make is that conspiracy theories can be dangerous. There's truth to that. But there's far too much fact in many of them to simply chalk it all up to an overactive imagination. So that danger exists in this story to want to think conspiracy theory is all nonsense (and this story seems to place the blame for all conspiracy theories entirely on the "right wing" which is shortsighted). But this quibble aside, the book is compelling. Where it will lead is up in the air. This could be a great beginning to an excellent story, or it could fall apart under its own gravity. The future will decide.

Not your typical tale…
Format: Kindle
Great writing, rather mesmerizing in its way. The mixture of deep state conspiracy, a smattering of actual truth, and mythical freely pull you in. The artwork is a bit over the top at times; I see the intention behind this, but it harms rather than helps the story at some points. This abstract/high concept art crap could have seriously been dialed back and then better assisted the narrative. Not to say that this isn’t worth the read… I gave it 5 Stars because the tale itself is well told and very riveting.

What is going on?
Format: Kindle
I don't know what is going on in this, but I am fully invested. The art is crazy good and the story telling is good as well. I'm looking forward to the next volume and I hope it contains some answers for me. I pray that this is not drawn on for a long long time. I pray that this story has an actual and satisfying ending.
