Out of the dark and into the light. That's the goal of the Retro-Quik kit. Put the light exactly where you need it. This is a great upgrade for any WRX base or premium model. The Retro-Quik kits bring us closer to a plug and play option with its brackets that allow you to mount the new projectors without cutting.

Retrofitting: has never been so easy! Designed to be a "bolt-on" upgrade for the 2015+ WRX, the Morimoto Retro-Quik system uses laser cut brackets made of military-grade G10 Fiberglass to adapt high-performance projectors in place of the de-tuned stock units. Here, there is no need to worry about alignment, major cutting, drilling, glue, etc. Out with the old and in with the new!

Morimoto H1 7.0 Projectors: Let's keep it simple and make a list of everything new about the 7.0. The optically clear lens. The 7-signed metal lens holder. The side-push bi-xenon solenoid mechanism. The die-cast radically curved cutoff shield. The foreground limiter. The reflector bowl. The IR, high-temp resistant reflector finish. The threaded shaft and it's precision and added length. Morimoto XB Ballasts: Feature relocated igniters like OEM ballasts putting them far closer to the HID bulb. The lack of high voltage transmitted through wiring drastically reduces EMI/RFI (radio interference). Total system reliability is also improved by shielding the main circuit board from the static produced by these high voltage bursts on start up giving them a failure rate of less than .02%!

Morimoto XB H1 Bulbs: At the heart of the XB H1 bulbs is their perfectly aligned 100% Philips Quartz glass that houses a capsule from APL-USA. Using high quality halide salts from German-supplier Messer; the bulbs produce nearly the same luminosity (intensity) as the amazing Osram CBI bulbs at 5500K. No, you're not seeing things here, but yes you will be seeing everything at night.

Morimoto Relay Harnesses: Have fulled-sealed weather pack relays with revised circuitry, heavy-duty 14ga stranded copper wire, injection molded inline fuse holders, and full plug-n-play functionality. Forget about cutting and splicing, because all harness options in this kit will make your new low and high beam function perfectly from the original cabin controls.

NOTE: This kit comes with WRX specific hardware to mount the projectors. Includes 100mm housing caps for sealing the rear of the headlights.

OPTIONAL ITEM
RetroRubber - If you do not have spare butyl sealant in hand, RetroRubber or other butyl sealant is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The OEM sealant may not do a good job of resealing the headlight! TRS RetroRubber can be stretched to the proper length and width to fit the headlight casing channel.
