La Bonarda Vivace ‘Ipazia’ 2024 di Andrea Picchioni è un vino rosso frizzante dell’Oltrepò Pavese, ottenuto da uve Croatina in purezza coltivate secondo agricoltura biologica certificata. I vigneti, situati sui ripidi terreni sabbioso-ciottolosi della Valle Solinga, sono esposti a pieno sud, garantendo uve di grande espressività. Dopo la vendemmia manuale, la fermentazione alcolica avviene in vasche d’acciaio con 4-5 giorni di macerazione, seguita da un affinamento in acciaio e presa di spuma in autoclave con lieviti indigeni, secondo il Metodo Charmat.

Il risultato è un rosso vivace, scorrevole e brioso, perfetto per un consumo immediato. Nel calice si presenta con un rosso rubino brillante dai riflessi violacei. Al naso rivela profumi intensi di marasca, violetta, amarena, lampone e un accenno di muschio. Al palato conquista per la sua freschezza, vivacità e leggerezza, con un retrogusto fruttato e persistente.

Un omaggio alla filosofa Ipazia, simbolo di intelligenza e libertà, questo vino incarna lo spirito autentico del territorio. Ideale tra i 12° e i 14°C in calice a media apertura, è il compagno perfetto per salumi, piatti rustici e convivialità spontanea.

Different mounting mechanism than photos

I'm going to start off this review by stating that the mounting mechanism used on the Shelf is different than the one shown in the photo. In the photo, it shows a single bar which would have made the Shelf easier to level however, the product I received has two separate bars which means I have to be extra careful holding a level against the paper. Stencil. The reason I chose this product over different listings was because for a dollar or two more its photo showed a single bar. Now for the pros and cons: Pros: Accurate measurement. Shelf appears to be actual wood! The photos made it looks like a veneer, which it is not. Easy to install. Includes good instructions. Seems like it can hold items fairly well. Cons: The mounting hardware for drywall pretty flimsy, and I stripped out some of the drywall anchors during install. They still worked, but it was annoying to finish inserting them. The shelf doesn't sit fully flush to the wall from factory as the screws included make it protrude slightly. I can fix this with my dremel, However, This could have been solved from the factory by making the cavity slightly deeper. As mentioned above in my main detractor, it is a two bar mounting system rather than a one bar, which was shown in the photo.
