PCA Skin Pigment Gel pHaze 13 is an ideal treatment for hyperpigmentation due to age spots, sun spots, freckles, melasma, freckles, liver spots and more. Its key ingredients include 2% hydroquinone, kojic acid and phenylethyl resorcinol to lighten and brighten dark spots.
