The stock fan system on the 1989-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0L is an archaic design that's powered by the vehicle's engine. It adds a lot of weight and drag to the engine, sucking horsepower and torque just to get it moving. Once it does start moving, the amount of air it moves is dependent on the engine speed. If the engine isn't turning fast, neither is the fan, and there's no air moving through your radiator. That's why Mishimoto is excited to announce our 1989-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0L Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud. This fan shroud incorporates three Mishimoto high-flow 10-inch electric slim fans. Each of these fans moves a constant 950 CFM regardless of engine speed. One fan replaces the stock AC fan, while the other two fans are free to cool the radiator. The included AC fan jumper harness ensures proper AC function with 1997-2001 models. The lightweight aluminum fan shroud also covers more of the radiator than the stock fan shroud, meaning your entire radiator can benefit from the increase airflow. In our testing, we found that the Mishimoto XJ Fan shroud moved air 41.9-percent better than the stock fan shroud at idle and 22-percent better than the stock fans at 2,500 RPM. Our electric fan shroud also eliminates the heavy mechanical fan, reducing drag on the engine and freeing up horsepower and torque for your trail climbing enjoyment. The Mishimoto fans can be activated manually with a switch (sold separately) or by our available adjustable fan controller. The Mishimoto fan controller mounts conveniently on the Mishimoto fan shroud and can be set to activate the fans at any temperature from 150F to 240F.Shipping Notes

Not what I envisioned
The linen looks like cotton and the lapel is VERY wide. The sleeve are too long for the size I ordered. I had to spend an additional $50.00 for alterations.

costume and professional
This is a fun suit and would be amusing to wear to a date. It screams out pompous in a delightful way.
I like the fit overall and while not perfect it wears well enough. Best of all is that I can dance in it.
I attached some media so that you can get a crystal clear idea about what this suits appearance is.
The bottomline is that most people will find this suit playful and maybe even a bit classy.

Got these for a wedding and am pretty impressed
I was invited to a wedding and needed a white suit. I saw this linen suite and couldn't pass it up, especially for the price. When the suit came in, I was very happy with the fit and feel of both the suit and pants. The material feels like decent quality and on par with what I would expect, given the price. So if you are going to an event or simply want an extra suit then check this out, you may be surprised like I was.

Smooth Look
I wore this to an outside wedding and it looked great and I had multiple people compliment me on the suit. It is made of linen so it is a little more casual and comfy than regular suits and works well in the summer or for outdoor events. I am 5'8" and 160lbs and the small fits me well. I would say for the jacket you want it to be a few inches bigger than your actual chest measurement and then choose the correct size for your pant waist.

Pleasantly surprised
When I first ordered this suit, I wasn't sure if I had made the right decision. When I looked at the sizing chart, I was kind of in between sizes. I'm 5'11" and 195 lbs, with a muscular build. Given the size chart, my pant size was more of a medium, and my jacket size was a large. In this case, I decided to go with a medium, and favor the pant size. I'm actually quite glad that I did that, because the pants fit me very nicely. The jacket is a little tight on me, and buttoning it up is probably something I won't be able to do very effectively, but I'd rather have a snug jacket, then loose fitting pants. I like the color quite a bit, and the fabric is quite comfortable. Of course, it needs a steam, so please try not to focus on that too much with the pictures that I posted. Anything made of linen will wrinkle easily, so it will need that type of attention paid to it more often than not. The jacket is very nicely made, and not as thin as I was expecting. As a matter of fact, when I think of linen, I think of a thin garment. This suit has more thickness to it than I anticipated, and I actually appreciate that. It feels more like a business suit, then a leisure suit. I also like the tailoring of the pants, and find them very flattering for my lower body. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised. I only wish I could have had the pants in medium, and the jacket in a large, but given the choice I think I chose wisely.
