Beautiful expression, energetic, precise, great balance of fruit and minerality, lighter end of medium bodied, bright acidity, white florals, chopped herbs, acacia. 

Certified organic, certified Demeter biodynamic, hand picked, The grapes are pressed slowly and then the juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks for gentle settling.  Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20-22°C with the use of indigenous yeasts.  aged in  Steel tanks and a small portion in wooden barrels for 10 months. No sulfur added
