5g Micronized Creatine Monohydrate, Fully Dosed and Fully Transparent

Gorilla Mind Gorilla Mode Creatine keeps it simple: just the best-researched form of creatine at a dose that actually works, no extras to complicate things. That's key because with creatine, basic is best. You don't need fancy blends or weird salts to see gains. Just consistent creatine monohydrate to fill up your muscle stores.

Here, it's 5g of micronized creatine monohydrate per scoop. That's a full daily dose that matches what studies show works. Research often uses a loading phase of 20g a day for 5-7 days, then 3-5g to maintain, or just 3-5g daily to build up slowly. 5g hits that sweet spot for everyday use. How it works: creatine boosts phosphocreatine in muscles, helping remake ATP fast during intense bursts. In the gym, that means holding onto power longer—extra reps, better speed on later sets, less fatigue, and stronger sessions week after week.

Micronized means the particles are finer for easier mixing and less grit than regular monohydrate. It doesn't change how it works, but it makes it nicer to drink, which helps you stick with it daily. And sticking with it is what makes creatine pay off.

The synergy here is basic since it's a no-frills product: it's all about saturation

GM Mode Creatine by Gorilla Mind contains 5g Creatine Monohydrate (micronized), a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg creatine monohydrate per serving — this is the real daily dose most folks need. It matches what studies use to boost muscle creatine levels and help remake ATP during tough workouts.
  • Micronized powder format — it's the same proven creatine monohydrate, but finer particles make it mix better in water. Less grit, easy to stir, and that helps you take it every day, since consistency is key for creatine.
  • Single-ingredient formula — no junk fillers, no fancy labels, no wasted space. You're getting exactly what matters: a full hit of creatine monohydrate without any hidden blends.
  • Supports phosphocreatine replenishment — creatine helps remake ATP quicker during repeated hard efforts. In real terms, that means steadier power through sets, sprints, and explosive moves.
  • Research-backed for strength and lean mass support — creatine monohydrate is one of the most proven supplements out there. Studies show it helps with weight training, sprints, and any repeated high-effort stuff.
  • Excellent stackability — no stimulants or other stuff, so it pairs great with pre-workouts, pump supps, electrolytes, carbs, EAAs, or protein. It slots in perfectly without messing anything up.
  • Useful on training and rest days — creatine isn't just for gym time. It builds up muscle stores, so take it every day, whether you're lifting, resting, or taking it easy.
  • Transparent dosing — no prop blends, no sketchy low doses. In a world of shady labels, this one is straight-up and easy to check.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters chasing hypertrophy who pick supps for real workout gains, not hype. The 5g creatine monohydrate helps with energy for repeated sets, keeping quality high when volume's up and you need to push from start to finish.
  • Powerbuilders and strength folks wanting a proven daily boost without extras. 5g creatine monohydrate is the go-to for high-intensity work, especially repeats where energy runs low.
  • Athletes training late who skip stims. This is just micronized creatine monohydrate, so it boosts performance and recovery without messing up your sleep like caffeine pre-workouts might.
  • Newbies starting with the most studied supp instead of risky blends. A clear 5g serving of creatine monohydrate gives a solid base they can track and use every day.
  • Vet supp users making a custom stack. This fits right in with pre-workouts, pump formulas, electrolytes, intras, and protein, handling creatine at the dose most want.
  • Field and combat sport athletes needing repeated power bursts, not just one big effort. Creatine aids energy remake between bursts, making it useful way beyond the weight room.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop (5g) with 8-16 ounces of water once a day. Timing's up to you since it builds up stores over time, not a quick hit—so pick when you'll remember. On gym days, before or after works; after with a shake is easy, or add to your pre shaker. On off days, same 5g with water or food to keep stores full. Shaker gives smooth mixing, especially cold, but micronized stirs better than regular even without. Food doesn't hurt it, so do what feels good and helps you stick. Stack with pre-workouts, pump stuff, electrolytes, EAAs, or protein no problem. No cycling needed for healthy folks at this dose. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry to avoid clumping.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: you mix and drink it, no big rush since it's pure creatine. Minutes 10-40: no wild feelings, but the fine powder goes down easy and mixes nicer than chunky stuff. Days 1-7: if creatine's new to you, stores start filling, and some notice a little weight bump from cell water plus fuller muscles. Weeks 2-4: here's where it shines—better repeats, less fade in sets, steadier power in workouts. After week 4, it just becomes your normal edge, as long as you take it daily. Don't treat it like a pre-workout; judge by how your training improves over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in Gorilla Mode Creatine per serving?

Each serving provides 5g of micronized creatine monohydrate. That is a full clinical daily dose and aligns with the standard maintenance range most users take to saturate muscle creatine stores over time.

Is 5g of creatine monohydrate enough to work?

Yes. Five grams per day is the classic evidence-based daily dose for creatine monohydrate and is sufficient for most users to increase muscle creatine stores with consistent use. It sits right in the range supported by the sports nutrition literature.

Do I need to load this creatine?

No, loading is optional. You can load with around 20g daily split into multiple doses for 5-7 days, but most users simply take 5g daily and reach saturation more gradually over several weeks.

Will I feel this product immediately like a pre-workout?

No. This formula contains only creatine monohydrate, so it does not produce a caffeine-like rush, tingles, or instant focus. Its benefits build as muscle creatine stores increase with daily use.

What does micronized creatine mean?

Micronized creatine monohydrate has a smaller particle size than standard monohydrate. The main benefit is improved mixability and a smoother texture, not a different mechanism or a new form of creatine.

Can I stack Gorilla Mode Creatine with a pre-workout?

Yes. This is one of the easiest products to stack because it contains only creatine monohydrate and no stimulants. It pairs well with caffeine pre-workouts, pump formulas, electrolytes, intra-workouts, and protein.

Should I take Gorilla Mode Creatine on rest days?

Yes. Creatine works through saturation, so rest days are just as important for maintaining muscle creatine stores as training days. Take the same 5g daily regardless of your training schedule.

Does creatine cause water retention?

Creatine increases water retention inside muscle cells, which is part of its normal cell-volumizing effect. For many users, that contributes to a fuller look rather than the kind of generalized bloating they worry about.

Is this product beginner-friendly?

Yes. In fact, a simple 5g creatine monohydrate product is often one of the best first supplements for a beginner because it is well studied, fully transparent, and easy to use daily.

When is the best time to take Gorilla Mode Creatine?

The best time is whenever you can take it consistently every day. Pre-workout, post-workout, or with a meal all work because total daily intake and long-term saturation matter more than exact timing.

Valuable perspective; moving; beautiful
Format: Hardcover
I loved this book. I devoured the entire thing in one sitting on a Sunday afternoon. It's a beautiful and tragic and warm story all at the same time. I feel like a lot of times when we hear about the Vietnam war in the United States, it's told from the perspective of American soldiers rather than the Southern Vietnamese who lost their home land. Really refreshing to see this diverse and nuanced perspective. I look forward to Thi Bui's future works.

This book healed me
Format: Paperback
Beautifully written and illustrated. Although Thi Bui and I have astronomically different life experiences, I still found I could relate on a deeply personal level. This book taught me empathy and forgiveness at a time in my life where I struggled to have it. Bui nailed the complicated feelings and emotions that comes with confronting abuse, abusers (who happen to be your parents), and the painful impact of generational trauma on both the parent and child. Highly recommend this book to anyone who is on a path of healing their own broken heart.

Powerful Family History
Format: Paperback
After the birth of her son, Thi Bui feels an increased sense of urgency about learning the stories of her own parents. Like all but her youngest sibling, she was born in Vietnam, though the children came of age in the United States. While the war itself haunts all of them, was the reason they left their homeland, the wounds her parents bear go far beyond the military conflict. This was only the second graphic novel I’ve ever read (both have been memoirs), and like the first was also selected by my book club. I feel like the limitations of the format mean it will always be a less preferred one for me, because I found myself wanting more words, more depth to the writing itself. But the story is deeply compelling, detailing her father’s brutal childhood, her mother’s much softer one, how they came together, and how the Vietnam War disrupted the future they thought they might have. It’s not as straightforward as “Americans bad”, and Bui is not afraid of the moral ambiguity of that time and place, where the best interests of the majority of the Vietnamese people was an open question for larger forces that seemed to have little room for consideration of what might have actually made regular lives easier to lead. And apart from the larger geopolitical machinations around them, the family had their own share of tragedy, including the death of their first child and a later stillbirth. But three living children and another on the way was enough for her parents to make frantic arrangements to leave, finally succeeding and eventually making their way to the United States. But of course, that was not the end of their story, just the beginning of a new chapter. Bui’s childhood as she depicts it makes it clear that it wasn’t the stuff dreams are made of, but what shines through is her tremendous empathy for her parents and how they became the people she experienced them as. Overarching the narrative is a meditation on parenthood, as it is the birth of her own child that inspires her to ask her parents more. They might have made major mistakes, but it is clear that they loved their children and did what they thought was best for them, making countless sacrifices to give them the best opportunities possible, even if that love was not always shown the way that they wanted and needed to feel it. Vietnamese perspectives on the war in their country were not something I was exposed to growing up (honestly the Vietnam War itself wasn’t something I remember being taught with particular rigor in high school apart from its connection to electoral politics), and I appreciated learning more about the history of the country and how the people who actually lived through the conflict thought about it. Even though this is not my preferred format, I think Bui uses it well to engage in some non-linear storytelling and to very literally illustrate what she’s trying to get it, like the way she parallels the way her relatively rural parents must have felt seeing Saigon for the first time with the way she felt when she first moved to New York, a sense of awe and possibility. It’s a powerful, moving work and I would recommend picking it up!
