La freschezza è la nota distintiva anche del palato, che si rivela coerente con il naso e di buona lunghezza.Fragranza, freschezza, bevibilità ed equilibrio sono gli aggettivi che meglio lo definiscono. Il Vermentino di Toscana della cantina “Rocca di Frassinello” è un bianco lavorato in purezza e lasciato maturare esclusivamente in acciaio, così che arriva a esaltarsi in un sorso in cui frutto e territorio rappresentano le parole chiave. È un Vermentino capace (tra l’altro) anche di proporre una buona struttura: sposatelo a una bella grigliata mista di pesce e difficilmente rimarrete delusi.

Great Beginner Coffee Scale
I have owned this scale for several months now and have had no complains. It is quick to read when adding beans. I have really enjoyed having the built in stopwatch. Some reviews say they would rather have a timer, but I really haven't felt the need for one. I have found that it is accurate with .3-.5 grams which is entirely reasonable for the price and for my use, pour over. In case it wasn't obvious, I would not recommend this for pulling shots of espresso as it is rather large and less accurate than you would want. I find it funny when people think they are going to get an ultra accurate, precise scale at this price point. If you want something accurate, you will have to pay more for it, but for the person who wants to step up their coffee game from using volumetric measurements, this is a great deal.

Great Little Scale

I think the size is perfect for my Turin Legato. Fits easily on the drip tray cover but able to get to touch keys easily. Like the touch features and glass top. It is thicker than advertised by a bit (0.78 in vs claimed 0.72).
