Directions

å Before mascara, apply and allow to set for 30 seconds.å Apply another coat and let it set for another 30 seconds. Repeat process until desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved.å Always let it set 30 seconds in between coats, and follow with your favorite mascara.å Apply one or two coats prior to going to bed as a Lash/ Eyebrow treatment.å
