Create Massive, Elegant French Provincial Details with the Freud Ovolo Groove Bit

Make a bold statement in your architectural millwork and furniture designs with the Freud 39-234 2" Diameter Ovolo Groove Router Bit. This substantial profiling tool is specifically engineered to rout the deep, wide decorative grooves that define the classic French Provincial style. With a massive 2-inch overall diameter and a 3/4-inch radius, this bit produces sweeping curves and dramatic shadow lines, making it the perfect choice for large cabinet doors, heavy furniture fronts, and custom architectural molding.

Designed for heavy-duty applications, the 39-234 features a rugged 1/2" shank to provide the stability required for spinning such a large profile. It is tipped with Freud’s exclusive TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide, ensuring a flawless finish and long cutting life in hardwood, softwood, plywood, and composites. The tool is finished with the Red Perma-SHIELD® Non-Stick Coating to reduce friction and prevent heat buildup. Whether used in a powerful hand-held router, a table-mounted setup, or a CNC machine, this bit delivers the precision and durability professional woodworkers demand.

Pro-Tip: Safety first! This is a large diameter bit (2 inches). You must reduce your router's speed to a maximum of 16,000 RPM before use. Running a bit of this mass at standard speeds (24,000 RPM) is dangerous and will cause excessive vibration and burning.

Make sure you open and make sure it fits your vehicle rather than waiting months to find out.
Perfectly fits my vehicle. Saves much money from having dealer replace this.

Good Quality Filter - Fit 2018 Honda CRV
Fit my 2018 Honda CRV-EX 1.5 Liter Turbo engine perfectly and it is a good quality air filter. Loosen the 4 cover screws and slip it right in place, make note of the small tab on the side of the filter and line it up so the cover goes back down correctly making a tight seal. TIP - when you loosen the screws with a Phillips head screw driver they wont pull out and there is no chance of losing them or falling out. Took about 5 minutes to replace.

Perfect fit. Pls read. Tricky cover removal and cover reinstall..
Perfect fit for 2024 CRV Hybrid Touring. But read if you are DIYing. Its easy but not so easy. Saw a couple of DIY YT videos. Removing the cover is a b*t*h. Use 6mm socket instead of a screw driver. Using socket is very important and a safe bet. The screws are deep and will need several turns to fully unscrew. A magnetic socket is recommended. Don't lose the screw and the 2 washers along with it. Removing the cover is tricky but not hard. Remember, no force is needed anytime during. It slides off of the rubber gasket when you lift a bit and pull it to the right. Once released you need to get it up, out and over that narrow space (the tricky part) to reach the filter. Replace the filter correctly as it has orientation. Putting the cover back is even trickier because the gap is narrower than the cover. Use your brain not force like a puzzle. Once back into the very narrow gap it slides back on the rubber ring/gasket effortlessly. Just double check the alignment before screwing. Absolutely hand turn the screws a good few turns to make sure you are NOT cross threading them before powering (avoid) it. ONLY HAND TIGHTEN SNUG. NO TORQUE NEEDED. I don't like the placement of this engine air filter chamber. Its far back and in a very tight space. Since this is going to be a frequently changed part it should have been more conveniently placed. Not happy with Honda design on this.
