- The M3 model includes some similar features to the higher-level M5 Pro, including an anatomical design for an enhanced overall fit. Bauer’s anatomical construction and ErgoDynamic Lab kneecap provides a deep and natural, close-to-the-body fit to promote power with every movement.
- To further enhance your skating stride, Bauer included the X-Flex Shield shin cap with a hinged flex where the shin guard meets the tongue of the skate. The hinge portion is engineered to move with you without any restrictions.
- For increased protection, Bauer includes some trusted technologies throughout the M3 shin guards. In the knee wing and thigh protector, Bauer uses HD foam for good coverage and protection at the top of the shin guard. For the calf guard, molded PE provides quality impact resistance against blocked shots and slashes.
- The M3 shin guard includes a Comfort Lock strap at the top and a calf strap to secure the shin guard to your leg, maximizing its protective and performance benefits.
- The interior of the Supreme M3 includes a removeable comfort liner and a Thermo Max Sublimated lining to keep the shin guards light while you play, and to help them dry out in between on-ice sessions.
- Every player, regardless of level, can upgrade to top-end equipment like the MACH shin guards if they are looking for high-end protection, comfort, and mobility. Excellent engine oil

Top-tier engine protection that runs quiet and smooth

I’ve used Castrol EDGE in a couple of our vehicles and always come back to it for consistent performance. It extends the time between oil changes and holds up well under both daily driving and highway mileage. We don't "extend the time" though. It's changed, on the dot, every time. The consistency and quality of the oil's condition at change, though, is easily able to be seen that it would go for much longer.
Engine runs quieter, and I’ve noticed better fuel efficiency over time compared to conventional oil. Whether that's how attentively I drive and watch the mileage meter on the dash or the oil - is up for debate ;)
It doesn’t burn off as quickly either, which is great if you’re keeping an eye on long-term engine health.
The bottle design pours cleanly with a smart spout, which saves unnecessary messes in the garage.

Strong wear protection and long-lasting
Improves engine quietness
Easy-pour design
Tip:
Use it with a high-quality oil filter for maximum benefit don’t skimp on either part and you'll be golden.

Excellent choice for long oil change intervals.

I'm a former dealership mechanic and for years I used whatever we had in the bulk tank which was usually Valvoline conventional. My last job was at a German car dealership. Castrol was the oil recommended by the German manufacturers and that's when I started using Castrol. In my experience Castrol is an excellent oil. My 2014 Ford just rolled over 242,000 miles and even with factory 10,000 mile oil change intervals, from what I can see through the oil fill the top end of the engine is still clean. I've never had to remove the valve cover. It's using about a quart between oil 10,000 mile oil changes which is great because when it was new it used about a 1/2 quart between changes.
