Once you remove the tick using the Tick Twister (included), simply put your tick(s) in the plastic vial (also included), and hop online to Tick-Testing.com to place your Lyme Test order (using the promo code provided), then send the tick back to us in the vial. BEFORE YOU MAIL YOUR TICK: You will need to place the Lyme Test order online FIRST at www.Tick-Testing.com where information on the location of the tick, duration of attachment, etc. will be collected.
