Nick Needham is the Church History lecturer at Highland Theological College in Dingwall and the minister at Inverness Reformed Baptist Church. Previous to this, he taught Systematic Theology at Scottish Baptist College in Glasgow. He is author of the highly collectable 2,000 Years of Christ’s Power series.

I'd been looking for a volume like this for a while. Dr. Nick Needham, who has a four volume excellent and readable set on Church History, which might have a new fifth volume soon, has culled together a month of theological statements by the most important Church Fathers. If you are looking for a devotional to get a little morsel after morning prayers, this is not really designed for that. It is for the educated laymen, seminarians, and those serving in church offices. Since Dr. Needham is a Reformed (Calvinist) Baptist, I think this would work best for Reformed and Confessional Lutheran Christians. I highly recommend this devotional if you are looking for meaty theological devotional material. Hamza Philip
