Nutrex Research Outlift Clinical is a straight-up, high-stim pre-workout with everything out in the open. It's built on doses that actually do something, stacking energy, focus, pump, and performance so your workout feels stronger from start to finish. No hidden blends or hype names here. This one's got 8,000mg L-citrulline, 3,200mg beta-alanine, 3,000mg creatine monohydrate, 6,005mg of essential amino acids and support aminos, 2,000mg L-tyrosine, 2,000mg taurine, and 380mg total caffeine.

The star is L-citrulline at 8g, right at the top of the 6-8g range that studies back. Citrulline turns into arginine in your kidneys, cranking up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels, better flow, and more nutrients and oxygen to your muscles. It also helps clear out ammonia buildup from tough sessions. What you'll notice: bigger pumps, better reps set after set, and less drop-off as you go.

Beta-alanine's at 3.2g, the solid daily dose that boosts carnosine in your muscles. Carnosine fights the acid that makes your muscles burn and give out during repeats. It's not instant magic; it builds over 2-4 weeks. Once loaded, it lets you squeeze out more reps in hypertrophy work, circuits, or sprint-style stuff.

Creatine monohydrate is in at 3g. That's a good daily hit for reloading ATP and keeping up high-output performance, though it's a bit under the usual 5g for full saturation if this is your only source. It still helps with strength, power, and overall volume, but if you're big on creatine, you might

Nutrex Outlift Clinical by Nutrex Research contains 97mg Sodium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 8,000mg L-Citrulline — a real deal dose at the high end of the 6-8g range studies support. It turns into arginine in your kidneys and ramps up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels, meaning better pumps, flow, and endurance way above the weak 3-4g you see in a lot of pre-workouts.
  • 3,200mg Beta-Alanine — the proven daily amount to build up carnosine in your muscles. That carnosine fights off the acid burn that kills your sets, so it's legit for high-volume training, not just window dressing.
  • 3,000mg Creatine Monohydrate — a solid daily dose of the most researched creatine out there. It helps reload phosphocreatine for back-to-back explosive efforts, but if you're chasing full saturation, you might add more to hit 5g total.
  • 2,000mg L-Tyrosine — a beefy dose you don't see much in regular pre-workouts. Tyrosine feeds into dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine, keeping your head in the game when fatigue tries to mess with your focus.
  • 2,000mg Taurine — a strong hit for keeping cells hydrated, handling calcium, and boosting performance. It often makes the whole pre-workout feel better by supporting muscle work and taming the stim edge.
  • 380mg Total Caffeine from two sources — 300mg anhydrous for the quick kick plus 80mg InnovaTea® natural caffeine. You get a solid lift right away with a smoother follow-up, making energy last longer than single-source stuff.
  • InnovaTea® Natural Caffeine — premium caffeine from Camellia sinensis tea. It adds a quality touch and mixes up the energy feel beyond just basic synthetic caffeine.
  • 50mg AstraGin® — a patented mix from Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng to help absorb all those aminos and actives. In a loaded formula like this, better uptake is a smart move.

Nutrex Outlift Clinical by Nutrex Research contains 97mg Sodium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate to advanced bodybuilders on hypertrophy splits wanting pump and capacity in their pre. 8g L-citrulline delivers real vasodilation, 3.2g beta-alanine extends sets when burn builds.
  • Lifters in high-volume phases needing something that lasts past 20 minutes. Citrulline, creatine, taurine, and 380mg caffeine keep output going strong.
  • After-work crew showing up beat, needing focus to match the plan. 2g L-tyrosine plus dual caffeine boosts alertness and motivation for late sessions.
  • Hybrid athletes blending weights with intervals or finishers. Beta-alanine, taurine, creatine, caffeine build a base for repeats, citrulline adds flow and endurance feel.
  • Fasted morning trainers wanting amino backup. BCAAs and extras aren't full protein, but better than stim-only for session support.
  • Seasoned pre users sick of blends, wanting to check doses against studies. Fully open label shows core ingredients are dosed right.

How to Use

If high-stims are new or 200mg+ caffeine hits hard, start with half a scoop to test. Full scoop gives 380mg caffeine, so vets take it 20-30 min pre to sync with sets. Shake in 10-16 oz water; cold helps taste and mix those aminos better than stirring. Empty stomach speeds it up, but a big meal might slow the feel. Stim-sensitive? Light meal 60-90 min before smooths it. Don't stack with other caffeine unless you want more and know your limits. Pairs good with extra creatine for 5g total, or protein around workouts. Use regular for beta-alanine and creatine saturation. No need to cycle non-stims, but deloading caffeine occasionally resets tolerance. Keep sealed cool and dry for best mix.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: down it, mixes easy, cold water makes it go down smooth for your pre-lift ritual. Minutes 10-20: caffeine builds, mind sharpens, and you'll likely get that beta-alanine tingle from 3.2g. Minutes 20-40: prime time, with 8g citrulline bringing pumps and flow while dual caffeine and 2g tyrosine lock in focus. Minutes 40-90: energy holds, taurine keeps it feeling useful not just spiky. Days 1-7: feel the quick energy, pumps, focus, and get used to the tingles. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine loads carnosine for better fatigue fight, daily creatine shows in output. Over time, it becomes your go-to routine with building benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Nutrex Research Outlift Clinical per scoop?

Each full scoop provides 380mg total caffeine: 300mg from caffeine anhydrous and 80mg from InnovaTea® natural caffeine. That is a high-stim serving intended for experienced users, not a casual beginner dose.

Is the 8g L-citrulline dose actually clinical?

Yes. The research-backed range for pure L-citrulline is generally 6-8g, and Outlift Clinical delivers the full 8g top-end dose. That is one of the strongest parts of the formula for pump, blood flow, and training endurance.

Will I feel the beta-alanine in this product?

Probably. At 3.2g beta-alanine, many users experience the classic tingling or flushing sensation known as paresthesia. It is harmless for most healthy users and reflects the full evidence-based dose, but the real performance benefit comes from daily loading over time, not the tingles themselves.

Is the creatine dose enough on its own?

It is a meaningful 3g dose of creatine monohydrate and absolutely contributes to daily intake, but it is slightly below the common 5g daily target many athletes use for full saturation support. If this is your only creatine source, adding 2g more from a standalone creatine product is a smart move.

Does this product use proprietary blends?

No. One of Outlift Clinical’s major strengths is full label transparency. Every significant active ingredient is listed with its exact dose, so you can compare the formula directly against published research.

What does the amino acid blend actually do in a pre-workout?

The formula includes BCAAs plus several other essential amino acids, giving it more training-window support than a standard stimulant-only pre-workout. It is especially useful for fasted training, but it should not be viewed as a replacement for complete protein intake around the day.

Can I stack Outlift Clinical with coffee or an energy drink?

It is possible, but usually not smart for most users. A full scoop already contains 380mg caffeine, so stacking additional stimulants can push the experience into jittery, anxious, or sleep-disruptive territory very quickly.

When should I take Outlift Clinical before training?

Take it 20-30 minutes before training. That timing gives the caffeine and tyrosine enough time to sharpen focus and energy while allowing citrulline to begin contributing to blood flow as you move into your working sets.

Is this a good pre-workout for fasted training?

Yes, more than most. In addition to the performance ingredients, it contains leucine, isoleucine, valine, and other essential amino acids, which make it more useful in a fasted context than a formula built only on stimulants and pump agents.

Do I need to cycle Nutrex Research Outlift Clinical?

The non-stimulant ingredients like citrulline, beta-alanine, creatine, taurine, and amino acids do not require cycling. The part users typically cycle is the caffeine, simply to keep tolerance from climbing and to restore sensitivity over time.

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.
