With seventeen historical scenarios spanning from the 2nd Punic War to Justinian's attempted reconquest in the mid-6th century A.D., players can experience key moments in Roman history such as the rivalries of the Republic, civil war, imperial expansion, and the Germanic invasions. Additionally, three hypothetical scenarios allow players to create their own alternate history.
