Trial TENS pads, allow you to try the TENS on your arm or legs prior to going into labour, this gives you the option to familiarise yourself with the machine and how to operate it. Having an additional sets of TENS pads are wonderful for if you wish to change them during labour, get sweaty and they start to loose their stick, or to have a new set to put on after being in a Birth Pool, or shower.
