All-Day Comfort Meets Professional Grinding Power
Experience the perfect balance of power and ergonomics with the Bosch GWS8-45 4-1/2 In. Angle Grinder. Designed for metal fabrication, concrete finishing, and general cutting tasks, this tool features a robust 7.5 Amp motor that generates a no-load speed of 11,000 RPM. Despite its professional-grade output, the grinder is engineered with a slender grip circumference and weighs only 4.2 lbs, significantly reducing user fatigue during extended periods of overhead or repetitive work. The two-position side handle allows you to customize your grip for maximum control and stability, regardless of the angle.
Durability and safety are at the core of the GWS8-45 design. It utilizes a directed airflow system that diverts dust and abrasive debris away from the switch and vital components, extending the tool's lifespan in harsh job site environments. The innovative Service Minder™ carbon brush system eliminates guesswork by automatically shutting off the tool when preventative maintenance is required, protecting the motor from damage. For added safety, the unit is equipped with a burst-protection quick adjustable guard and a large spindle lock for fast, hassle-free accessory changes.
