Each sheet will feature all 7 days of the week, and refills are available if you wish to re-use the booklet for the following year. You can purchase the lined, dotted, grid or blank refills as well, and each booklet will come with protective plastic covers on both sides to keep the paper neat and whole.

2 x Plastic binder rings are reusable: pop them open with a pen and clip them back closed once you've done your refills.
