CeraVe Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream was developed with dermatologists to relieve inflammation due to eczema and soothe eczema symptoms. This fragrance-free anti-itch cream contains 1% hydrocortisone (the maximum strength available without a prescription) and goes beyond itch relief with the addition of three essential barrier-strengthening ceramides plus hyaluronic acid for extra hydration and niacinamide for skin-soothing benefits.

Great Read!
Format: Kindle
This is an excellent reminder for most of us who are in transition from one level to the next in their spiritual journey. Jake's asks thought provoking questions at the end of each chapter to not only emphasize a point made in the material presented, but more importantly to give the reader an opportunity to internalize its meaning. I will keep this in my library and suggest it to others who may also be struggling with purpose and identity.
