Il sorso è ricco ed equilibrato, elegante e attraversato da una delicata sapidità, ricercato e lungo nella persistenza.Dall’omonimo vigneto de le “Referts”, dove il suolo calcareo e l’esposizione a est creano le condizioni ideali per una maturazione lenta e per una grande complessità aromatica, sono raccolte le uve di chardonnay che danno origine al Puligny-Montrachet Les Referts 1er Cru di Arnaud Baillot. Fermenta in barrique di rovere, dove poi riposa sulle fecce fini per almeno un anno. Perfetto per essere abbinato ai crostacei, è uno Chardonnay di prima linea, ideale da stappare per le occasioni più esclusive.
Da sposare con carni bianche o crostacei, è da provare insieme ai gamberoni lardellati.

More substantial than some cheaper brands

Small disposable bowls like these are good for microwaving water and oatmeal from the boxed packets. These Dixie bowls seem stiffer, more well-made, higher quality, and better at holding up with use than the Great Value ones I've usually used. The fact that they're thicker causes them to hold their round shape better and be less susceptible to collapsing, all of which contributes to their being easy to use with fewer spills. Color is as acceptable as any disposable paper bowls - are any of them truly attractive?
