Potato modified starch is the starch extracted from potato, which has changed its original physical and chemical properties after a series of chemical or physical treatments.
In the process of production, potato starch will lose part of its natural crystallinity and increase its solubility and stability in water after being washed, broken, dehydrated and dried. At the same time, by adding chemical reagents or high temperature and high pressure treatment, the starch molecules can be broken and cross-linked to form a more stable structure, thus improving the physical properties of starch such as thermal expansion and contraction, rheological properties, viscosity, and improving its applicability and processability.

Perfect for High-Drive Dogs & Surprisingly Durable (six month review)
I use this ring ball for structured fetch and tug sessions with my high-drive German Shepherd mix (91 lbs. at 10 mon.), and it’s easily the best toy we’ve added to our routine. What makes it truly exceptional is how it allows my dog to engage in the full canine predatory sequence:
• Chase: He locks in visually and bolts after the ring when I throw it.
• Grab & Hold: He brings it back, pins it against my leg, and bites down firmly (the toy—not the leg!)—his way of acting out the natural catch-and-control behavior.
• Unalive & Tug: We finish with a strong tug session, which satisfies his instinct to grip and shake—basically his version of “making the toy unalive.”
• Settle & Chew: Afterward, he relaxes with a chew toy or eats—completing the full physical and mental cycle in a healthy, balanced way.

The best freetoes socks ever

Love this toeless socks so much! I could wear it all day. Very comfortable! It is just the right thickness which is suitable in summer time or cold weather as well. Most of the toeless socks I have seen have the gel on the heel area and I don't like the feel of it. I'd rather apply lotion on my heel then wear the socks.
I have had some issues with the packaging from Amazon and I made the maker of this said socks aware of it. Julia Bebben was very prompt in her response and very helpful. Thank you Julia for your excellent customer service.

great concept, just one tiny annoyance...

i love that a sock that lets your toes be free is even a thing that exists. i love that this company was started by a young girl, now turned young businesswoman.
i have pain in my big toes, so i can't wear close toed anything, but feet get stinky if you wear shoes/slippers all the time without socks. this is a great solution.
the only thing i find slightly annoying (not enough to stop using these) is the seam on the bottom of your foot, near the base of the toes. it is a straight line, which is fine on the top of the foot, but i wish the bottom itself curved a bit, to follow the line of the toes. as it is, the seam lands right in the middle if the ball of my feet, so i can feel the seams everytime i take a step. i am constantly pulling the seam toward the toes, to try to keep from feeling it, but then my pinky toe gets caught and balled up on the inside.
outside of that slight annoyance, they're comfortable and fit well.
