Square 1 Processing FFE.The Square 1 Processing enhanced evaporation system is designed to meet every client?¡¥s power needs within its limits. Capable of evaporation rates from 20 gallons per hour to up to 50 gallons per hour. Constructed from SS304, fully tig welded and electropolished for protection against a broad spectrum of corrosive compounds.
Process Pumps
The Square 1 FFE is equipped with three magnetic gear pumps that are UL. listed for C1D1 environments. The pumps are capable of variable speeds upon demand and would need a VFD for each pump motor. Pumps are made in Italy, constructed of SS316 with PTFE seals and PEEK gears for long life span and limited maintenance requirements. Pumps can be equipped with either single phase or three phase voltage motors.
The Square 1 Processing FFE can be customized in a number of ways in order to meet our clients?¡¥ needs. Customization and completion of set up will affect the final cost of the unit..Because it is all dependent on the available power, before purchase of the unit you would need to know the power available for it to be built with the correct equipment including gear pump motors, chillers, heaters, and fluid circulation pump. This is due to the fact that not all industrial power is the same. The Square 1 Processing team is here to assist you with anything you may need help with along the way. For maximum efficiency of this FFE unit you would need a minimum of Three Phase 460v power.
Training
Square 1 Processing includes on site training and set up with every purchase of any products to ensure correct operation and maximum efficiency of the equipment. To ensure that the setup goes smoothly, blueprints or a physical walk through of the facility or location where the equipment is going to be used, would be best.

Update: Excellent Customer Service Made Everything Worthwhile!

07/17/2025: This doggy toy was destroyed within 2 hours of its arrival. In my opinion, it was not at all worth the cost. (1 star)
Update (07/19/2025): I have contacted the manufacturer and they said they will send out a new replacement toy.
As of now, I have revised the review to 2 stars for the excellent and efficient customer service pending arrival of said replacement. Will update again soon. (2 stars)
Update (07/23/2025):
The replacements have arrived! My dog loves the new plushie sloth and so far it is in tact. It doesn't have stuffing in the body as far as I can tell, so little to no clean up hopefully. They also sent her a spiked squeaky ball and she's getting used to it. This company has some of the best customer service and support that I've experienced. (5 stars)

Cute, Squeaky, and So Much Fun — Perfect Little Loofa Toy

The Multipet Original Loofa Dog plush (6”) has been a huge hit. It’s super cute in person, and the random color is a fun surprise.
For a plush toy, the durability has been better than expected. It’s held up well to regular play, and the seams have stayed intact. Chewability is solid for light-to-moderate chewers—my dog loves chewing and carrying it around, but it’s still a plush toy, so it’s not meant for aggressive shredders.
The squeak is loud enough to keep my dog interested without being obnoxious, and it still squeaks consistently. It’s also really fun for dogs because it has a bit of bounce when tossed, so it’s great for indoor fetch and pouncing.
Soft, adorable, and entertaining—easy 5 stars.

My dog’s favorite soft toy!

My dog loves these toys! We will get a replacement for him every couple months or so because these are his favorite. The squeaker is his arch nemesis and it’s always his main priority to get that first. The material is very soft so he likes to lightly chew on it when he gets anxious or excited, only negative is that it does tear easy but there’s not a lot of stuffing so it’s not a big mess to clean. Definitely recommend to puppies and dogs that don’t annihilated their toys.

Puppy and price approved!

Great cheap little dog toys! Our 11 month large breed 90lb puppy loves to toss these around and squeak them between his teeth.. they eventually break down but that’s okay, at the low price of a couple to a few dollars each they make it affordable. They put some stuffing inside so it makes it slippery when our pup is nibbling on it. Funny enough these last longer than much more expensive toys that claim more durability! In 8 months we’ve gone through 2. That’s pretty good! Not chew resistant, but the latex offers a texture and squeak that I find makes our puppy go easier on them. Cute and easily packable.
