For additional stress support, Unwind also contains lecithin from non-GM soy, a natural source of choline, inositol, phosphatidylserine, and essential fatty acids like linolenic acid.
What Is Vitamin B?
The B vitamins are a family of water-soluble nutrients that play an important role in almost every biochemical process that occurs in the body. B vitamins cannot be stored by the body, which is why it is important that they are a standard part of the diet in order to avoid deficiency.
It is also important to monitor your B vitamin intake if you follow a diet that does not include meat or fish, as some B vitamins, such as B12, are lacking in plant foods.
What Does Unwind Do?
Unwind provides all of the essential B vitamins. B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 all contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B1 contributes to the normal function of the heart. Unwind also contributes to the maintenance of hair and skin as it contains Biotin, B2 and B3.
Directions
Adults take 2 capsules per day, 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Never take this product on an empty stomach.
