Carli Suspension CS-FRAD-LVL-23 Radius Arm Drop Brackets (3.5" Lift)

The Carli Suspension Radius Arm Drop Brackets (3.5" Lift) CS-FRAD-LVL-23 are specifically designed to provide optimal caster correction for Ford Super Duty trucks with a 4.5" lift. These brackets enhance steering stability, tracking, and overall handling, particularly addressing the challenges posed by the 2023+ Super Duty models. While Ford's allowable 1 - 3.6-degree caster range works for stock trucks, lifting the front end or installing oversized tires can create handling issues due to reduced caster.

When lifting the front of a Super Duty 3 - 3.5", the factory caster is typically reduced by around 1.5 degree. Carli addresses this by offering a 2-degree caster shim, but for proper tracking, an additional 2.5-degree of caster is often required. By combining Carli's adjustable radius arms and the 2-degree shim, the result is a Super Duty on 37" tires that tracks better and returns to center more consistently than a stock setup.

With the introduction of the 2024 Super Duty, Ford added an outer axle-mounted guard to prevent debris from entering the axle tube. However, this change creates issues with caster shims, as any shim over 1 degree will cause contact with the debris shield. To address this, Carli developed the Radius Arm Drops for 3.5" lifts to restore proper caster without interference, offering a more cost-effective solution than installing the full Carli Radius Arm System. These drop brackets are compatible with both stock and Carli Adjustable arms.
