Construction and Capacity: The EZ Grips is designed to be the closet simulation to arm-wrestling another person in the form of a workout. The specially designed form is made so you can use it with both your left and right hands with the EZ Grip. Made to be used either with the provided straps or in conjunction with our Steel Bar, this gives the EZ Grip a wide variety of potential workouts and areas to strengthen. The EZ Grip has four slots machined into the handle to provide multiple different points for the straps to be secured to, this layout allows you to switch between different configurations and workouts easily! The EZ Grip Handle can hold an impressive 300lbs!
Exercises: The EZ Grip can be used in the standard position with the straps through the slots above and below the thumb hole, this position allows you to train toproll, overall strength training, and pronation very effectively. You can also configure the straps to be through both below-the-thumb holes positions which is perfect for training for hooks! There may be even configurations and exercises we haven’t thought of! That’s the beauty of having so many options with this handle!
