11g Citrulline, 5g Tyrosine, 525mg Layered Caffeine

Pandamus Level 3 is a solid high-stim pre-workout built for performance: real blood flow help, strong mental drive, good strength support, and a caffeine setup that hits fast and lasts longer for your workout. At 2 scoops, you get 11g L-citrulline, 5g L-tyrosine, 5g betaine anhydrous, 5g beta-alanine, 1g agmatine sulfate, 600mg Alpha GPC 50%, 350mg caffeine anhydrous, 100mg dicaffeine malate, 75mg zümXR® extended-release caffeine, 100mg Mucuna pruriens extract standardized to 98% L-Dopa, 100mg L-theanine, 50mg kanna extract, 50mg AstraGin®, and 50mg synephrine HCl. That's a heavy-hitting formula no matter how you look at it.

The pump comes from 11g L-citrulline at full serving, or 5.5g with 1 scoop. Citrulline boosts plasma arginine better than taking arginine straight, which ramps up nitric oxide – that's the stuff that widens blood vessels for better flow and nutrient delivery. Studies often show 3-8g of citrulline works well daily, so even 1 scoop hits that range, and 2 scoops go way above for max pumps. Agmatine sulfate adds to the pump and brain side by messing with nitric oxide and brain chemical paths, making workouts feel fuller and more intense than just citrulline alone.

For better output, betaine anhydrous is at 5g full serving, which is double the usual 2.5g from research, and you get that 2.5g in just 1 scoop. Betaine acts as an osmolyte – it helps with cell water balance – and methyl donor, boosting power, how much you can train, and muscle hydration. Beta-alanine is 5g at full and 2.5g per scoop. So 2 scoops beat the standard 3.2g daily for building carnosine in muscles to buffer acid buildup, while 1 scoop helps but doesn't hit full loading. The practical result i

Panda Pandamus L3 by Panda Supps contains 5500mg L-Citrulline, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 11,000mg L-Citrulline per 2 scoops – that's more than what studies usually call effective for nitric oxide and those pumps you can really see. Research says 3-8g daily does the job, so 1 scoop's 5.5g is solid, and full serving takes it to the next level for serious pump chasers.
  • 5,000mg Betaine Anhydrous per 2 scoops – twice the typical 2.5g from studies. This stuff helps as an osmolyte for cell hydration and methyl donor for better power and training volume, giving you real muscle support instead of just a quick buzz.
  • 5,000mg L-Tyrosine per 2 scoops – a big dose of this building block for brain chemicals that keep you focused when things get tough. Basically, it makes the energy feel directed and useful, not like wild caffeine without control.
  • 5,000mg Beta-Alanine per 2 scoops – over the usual 3.2g daily for loading carnosine in muscles. That helps fight the acid burn during hard, repeated sets, especially after using it for a bit.
  • 1,000mg Agmatine Sulfate per 2 scoops – a nice addition for better pump feel and brain balance. With citrulline, it creates a thicker, more intense pump than single-ingredient stuff.
  • 600mg Alpha GPC 50% per 2 scoops – that's about 300mg real Alpha GPC for brain focus. It boosts attention, drive, and how well you feel the muscle working, which is key for serious trainers.
  • 525mg total caffeine per 2 scoops – high but smartly done. Fast from anhydrous, sustained from dicaffeine malate, and long-lasting from zümXR® for energy that builds and holds without a sharp drop.
  • 100mg L-Theanine per 2 scoops – enough to take the edge off stims without killing the intensity. Studies back caffeine plus theanine for better energy quality, not just more of it.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned bodybuilders in growth phases wanting more than energy from their pre. 11g L-citrulline, 1g agmatine, 5g betaine, and strong brain stack mean dense pumps, steady sets, and better muscle feel in long workouts.
  • High-stim fans past basic 250-300mg caffeine who want a smarter energy curve. Anhydrous, dicaffeine malate, zümXR® mix gives quick hit with longer sustain than single caffeine dumps.
  • Lifters hitting gym before work needing fast alertness and mental kick. 5g tyrosine, Alpha GPC 50%, mucuna, kanna make cognition sharper than pump-only or plain stim blends.
  • Athletes in high-volume phases where capacity counts as much as max strength. Beta-alanine and betaine help repeated efforts, citrulline keeps flow going late.
  • Folks who like dosing by session. 1 scoop: 5.5g citrulline, 2.5g betaine, 2.5g tyrosine, ~262.5mg caffeine. 2 scoops: full high-stim beast mode.
  • Gym rats who want transparent labels. Everything's listed so you can compare doses to what works in studies, no blind trust in blends.

How to Use

Begin with 1 scoop to test tolerance, especially if high-stims are new. That's already 5.5g citrulline, 2.5g betaine, 2.5g tyrosine, 2.5g beta-alanine, and ~262.5mg caffeine – plenty for lots of people. Mix 1 in 10-14 oz cold water or 2 in 16-24 oz; shaker's best for the thick mix. Take 20-30 minutes pre so fast caffeine hits during warmup and pumps build. Empty stomach speeds it up, big meal slows it. Don't mix casually with coffee, energizers, fat burners, or synephrine stuff. Stack with creatine, hydration, post protein – not extra stims. Use daily for beta-alanine gains, save 2 scoops for big days to watch tolerance. If sleep's off, take earlier. Keep sealed cool and dry for easy scooping.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: taste hits, feels light in the stomach, early stim signs if empty belly. 10-20 minutes: anhydrous caffeine shows up, focus sharpens, maybe beta-alanine tingles at 2 scoops. 20-40 minutes: pump builds from citrulline, tyrosine and Alpha GPC lock in drive, formula feels ready. 40-90 minutes: energy holds thanks to mixed caffeine sources like zümXR®. Days 1-7: instant energy, pump, focus right away, beta-alanine building. Weeks 2-4: carnosine up means better handling of burn in tough sets. Long term, sessions stay consistent without fading.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Pandamus Level 3?

At 1 scoop, the formula provides about 262.5mg total caffeine. At the full 2-scoop serving, it provides 525mg total caffeine from 350mg caffeine anhydrous, 100mg dicaffeine malate, and 75mg zümXR® extended-release caffeine.

Is 1 scoop of Pandamus Level 3 enough, or do I need 2 scoops?

For many users, 1 scoop is already a complete pre-workout. You still get 5.5g L-citrulline, 2.5g betaine, 2.5g tyrosine, 2.5g beta-alanine, 500mg agmatine, and 262.5mg caffeine, which is stronger than many full servings from competing products.

What does the 11g L-citrulline dose actually do?

L-citrulline raises plasma arginine and supports nitric oxide production, which promotes vasodilation and increased blood flow. Research commonly supports 3-8g daily, so 11g at 2 scoops is an above-clinical pump dose designed for users who want a very pronounced training feel.

Will this make me tingle?

Probably, especially at 2 scoops. The formula contains 5g beta-alanine per full serving, and beta-alanine often causes a harmless tingling sensation called paresthesia that usually fades as your body adjusts.

Is Pandamus Level 3 better for pump or energy?

It is built to deliver both. The stimulant side is unquestionably strong with 525mg total caffeine and synephrine, but the pump side is also serious with 11g citrulline and 1g agmatine per full serving.

What makes the focus feel different from a standard high-caffeine pre-workout?

The formula does not rely on caffeine alone. It combines 5g L-tyrosine, 600mg Alpha GPC 50%, mucuna pruriens, kanna extract, and theanine, creating a more layered focus experience with motivation, attentional control, and smoother stimulation.

Can I stack this with coffee or an energy drink?

That is generally not a good idea. With 262.5mg caffeine at 1 scoop and 525mg at 2 scoops, plus synephrine HCl, this formula already occupies most or all of the stimulant room many users can tolerate responsibly.

Do I need to cycle Pandamus Level 3?

You do not need to cycle the non-stimulant ingredients like citrulline, betaine, or beta-alanine, but cycling or pulsing the product can help manage caffeine tolerance over time. Many users reserve the full 2-scoop serving for their hardest sessions and use 1 scoop or a lower-stim option on other days.

Is this product beginner-friendly?

Not really at the full serving. One scoop can work for some intermediate users, but the full 2-scoop profile is advanced because of the 525mg caffeine total and added synephrine.

What should I stack with Pandamus Level 3 for best results?

Creatine monohydrate is the easiest and most effective addition because it complements this formula’s pump, focus, and fatigue-management profile with phosphocreatine support for high-intensity output. An intra-workout electrolyte or carbohydrate product can also pair well for longer or higher-volume sessions.

Worked well near the equator
Style: SPF 50
I bought this product because I was going to be in the field for a month, outside, every day, all day, in Tanzania at high altitude. A severe sunburn would be hard to treat in the remote area we were in, but also I am very careful about protecting my skin from aging. I had to have mineral based sunscreen because as a whitewater kayaker I know it’s the only truly water resistant kind and it was going to be sweaty. And since I knew I was going to be putting it on every day, and we didn’t have running water in the field (bucket showers only) I didn’t want it to feel gross. (I really wanted to try the spray but I didn’t want to put anything pressurized in my luggage.) And I had already discovered the Coola face sunscreen (30spf version) which had impressed me with how silky smooth and not greasy it is. Now this IS greasier because it is a higher SPF. BUT I think this product is as good as you’re going to get with the protection you’re getting. Like I said, I’m a white water tiger, so I have used a LOT of mineral sunscreens. This was hands down the most comfortable one I’ve used. And it was effective. I didn’t burn once—only time I did burn was when I forgot to put it on one day toward the end of the trip, when we were out for just a couple hours—and I got the first 2nd degree burn I’ve ever had in my life. That was what this stuff had protected me from, all day every day, the entire trip. I did tan a little but I think that was mostly from the few times I was not covered during short bouts or it was cloudy. For my face I used the Coola 50spf face product.

Love this stuff!
Style: SPF 50
I use this every day and I love how it is frangrance free and creamy. I have a very fair complexion and I will say it leaves a slight white cast but it doesn’t bother me because it almost makes my fairness more creamy looking. My skin texture has improved since wearing it daily and no allergies from it. I highly recommend especially if you have fairer skin otherwise it may leave a cast .

Excellent mineral sunscreen with minimal white cast.
Style: SPF 50
This is one of the healthier sunscreens I’ve found so far. You’re not likely going to find a mineral sunscreen that doesn’t leave some white cast. However, this one rubs in pretty good with minimal cast. You can dab on and rub in fairly easily… as long as you don’t use too much the white cast should be minimal. I am not sure how well this would work on darker skin tones. My arms are a medium skin tone… my legs are more of a light-medium tone. I prefer mineral sunscreens, and this is the best one I found so far and compatible to Supergoop mineral play. If you liked that one, you would likely enjoy this Coola one too.

Would not recommend
Style: SPF 50
I literally never write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this sunscreen because I was very caught off guard by all the positive reviews. This sunscreen leaves the most insane white sheen that never soaks in and gets on EVERYTHING. I put this on and drove to the beach and had sunscreen on my car seat, the steering wheel, the center console, the door, EVERYWHERE! It took forever to clean up and was such a hassle and that was after having let the sunscreen soak into my skin for an hour. Also the sunscreen is really thick and difficult to spread and makes you look ghostly white. Plus, the sunscreen has a really odd odor that reminded me of play dough? That might not be a negative thing for everyone but I found it unpleasant. There are definitely better mineral sunscreens out there. For the price I expected a much better product.

Sticky and white
Style: SPF 50
The sunscreen has a very sticky and thick texture. It will keep you from getting sunburnt, but it will also leave you with a white color.
