This Solids Interceptor is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel and is perfect for collecting all types of solid impurities, preventing costly clogs and protecting your sewage system. This system also has a waterproof gasket that you remove to simply clean the system. Designed for restaurants, breweries and wineries, this system is created to efficiently deal with large volumes with the help of gravity, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly operation. The three way screening filter is designed to trap the largest solids in the first compartment, while the more fine and smaller materials will then be filtered by the second compartment.
