DIM, aromatase support, and male vitality in one capsule

Alpha Lion Gains Candy RipFactor is a capsule formula for hormone support and helping reshape your physique. It focuses on creating a better balance between androgens (male hormones) and estrogen, boosting male energy, and making your stack work better with just a small daily dose. This isn't a stim-packed fat burner, not a hyped-up test booster, and not an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink guy's supplement. It's a targeted mix of ingredients that manage estrogen, key nutrients, and proven herbs for guys who are already hitting the gym hard and want something that matches their body goals.

The standout ingredient is Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione at 75 mg, which helps with aromatase support – that's keeping estrogen conversion in check. Basically, it helps tilt your hormones toward less estrogen buildup. Then there's DIM at 200 mg, hitting estrogen management from another angle. DIM is popular because it guides how your body handles estrogen instead of just tossing in random herbs. At 200 mg, it's a solid dose that makes this formula stand out for physique work.

Maca extract at 250 mg and fenugreek extract at 150 mg add a boost to energy, libido, gym drive, and overall guy health. These aren't swaps for basics like creatine or eating enough, but they're great for keeping your edge when training is tough and calories are low. Saw palmetto at 300 mg brings in classic support for prostate and hormone paths, which fits a formula aimed at balanced male hormones rather than just quick gym pumps.

The micronutrient backbone is more thou

Key Highlights

  • 75 mg Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione leads the way for physique help. It's there for aromatase support, which means it's good for guys wanting a harder, drier appearance instead of just a quick gym buzz.
  • 200 mg DIM is a real deal here, not just for show. DIM helps your body process estrogen better, and this dose gives the formula serious cred in a world of weak herb mixes that don't touch estrogen properly.
  • 250 mg maca extract brings in energy and drive beyond just hormone talk. Guys pick maca when they need help with libido, gym motivation, and feeling good during intense training blocks.
  • 150 mg fenugreek extract fits the male support vibe. It's common in workout and men's health supps for boosting vitality, how you feel performing, and hormone help during tough training or dieting.
  • 1,000 IU vitamin D3 gives basic hormone support in a usable form called cholecalciferol. Smart add because vitamin D matters for more than bones, especially for athletes who aren't outside as much as they should be.
  • 20 mg boron citrate is a good dose for hormone stuff. Boron's been in male stacks forever for its role in mineral use and keeping free hormones in check.
  • 20 mg N-Methyl-D-Aspartate hits the 15-20 mg sweet spot from what we know. It works on NMDA receptors and might affect hormone signaling, but real human studies are limited, so let's keep it real.
  • 300 mg saw palmetto expands it from just looks to overall men's health. That's key for guys wanting balanced support, not a single-focus hardening supp.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique guys starting a cut who want tighter, drier results without another stim-heavy burner. DIM, Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione, boron, and vitamin D3 suit the lean dude who spots small body changes and wants hormone help over more caffeine.
  • Intermediate builders in lean gains with training and protein down, looking to boost hormone balance. Great for those who like DIM products and want an easy capsule add without messing up their pre or intra stack.
  • Guys over 30 training hard but feeling recovery, libido, and energy slip from their 20s. Maca, fenugreek, vitamin D3, boron, and saw palmetto make it more than just an estrogen blocker – it's broader guy support.
  • Lifters with creatine, whey, fish oil, and pre who want a no-stim specialist. RipFactor doesn't overlap much, so it slides right into a solid setup.
  • Athletes who like capsules over powders for easy daily use. One cap per serving, option for twice daily, keeps it simple for long physique blocks where consistency counts.
  • Guys who've tried basic test supps and got let down by weak herbs without absorption help. This has solid DIM, selenium in the researched range, and 10 mg BioPerine® to make actives work better.

How to Use

Begin with 1 capsule daily with food to check how it sits, even if you're aiming for two a day like the directions suggest. With vitamin D3, herbs, and BioPerine®, food helps comfort and uptake. Once ok, many go to 1 capsule twice daily, like breakfast and dinner, for steady coverage. Take it every day, not just workouts, since DIM, selenium, vitamin D3, and guy herbs are for ongoing support, not instant effects. Stacks nice with creatine, whey, fish oil, and pre-workout as it hits different goals. Careful with meds without doc input, since BioPerine® can change absorption. No need to cycle like stims; it's caffeine-free, but check in every 8-12 weeks for any hormone supp. Keep it cool, dry, and sealed to maintain the capsules.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days, you probably won't feel much, which is normal here. It's not caffeine; you're just starting steady intake of DIM, aromatase helpers, nutrients, and herbs. Week one, check how fenugreek, saw palmetto, and the mix sit with food and fit your day. By weeks 2-3, look at libido, energy, and if you're less bloated on a cut. Weeks 3-4, aim for better physique sharpness and feeling like your hormone stack matches your training. It's all about building up, so stick with it over chasing quick feels.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Alpha Lion Gains Candy RipFactor designed to do?

RipFactor is a capsule-based hormone-support and physique-recomposition formula. Its core strategy is to combine estrogen-metabolism support from 200 mg DIM with aromatase-oriented support from 75 mg Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione, then round that out with male-vitality ingredients like maca, fenugreek, boron, vitamin D3, and saw palmetto.

Is RipFactor a stimulant fat burner?

No. Despite the physique-focused positioning, this is not a caffeine-based thermogenic and the verified formula is stim-free. You use it for cumulative hormonal and body-composition support, not for immediate energy or appetite suppression.

How should I take RipFactor for best results?

The serving is 1 capsule, and available product directions indicate many users take 1 capsule twice daily. Start with 1 capsule with food to assess tolerance, then move to twice daily if desired and appropriate for your goals.

How long does RipFactor take to work?

This is not the type of product you judge after one workout. Most users evaluate it over 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use based on physique presentation, libido, overall vitality, and how well it supports a lean-gain or cutting phase.

Why is DIM included at 200 mg?

DIM is one of the best-known ingredients for supporting healthy estrogen metabolism. At 200 mg, it is a meaningful dose for a physique-oriented formula and one of the main reasons this product reads as a serious hormone-support stack rather than a generic men's herbal blend.

What does BioPerine® do in this formula?

BioPerine® is a patented black pepper extract from Sabinsa included at 10 mg, which sits in the clinically effective range. It enhances absorption by influencing metabolic enzymes and P-glycoprotein transport, helping the body utilize co-administered actives more efficiently.

Is N-Methyl-D-Aspartate actually dosed effectively here?

Yes, relative to the available ingredient knowledge base. NMDA is included at 20 mg, which matches the cited 15-20 mg range, though direct human oral supplementation data remains limited and should be interpreted conservatively.

Can I stack RipFactor with creatine and pre-workout?

Yes. RipFactor targets hormone support and body-composition refinement, while creatine and pre-workout target performance through different mechanisms. There is very little functional overlap, which is exactly why the stack makes sense.

Is this product appropriate for women?

This formula is clearly built and marketed around male hormone-support use. Because it includes DIM plus an aromatase-oriented compound and other male-focused support ingredients, women should not use it unless specifically directed by a qualified clinician.

Does RipFactor need to be cycled?

There is no stimulant tolerance issue here because the verified formula is stim-free. That said, it is reasonable to run it for a defined 8-12 week physique phase, assess results, and then decide whether continued use fits your goals.

Game changer!!!!
Style: For Him
Like a lot of folk who watch youtube I have been bombarded by Dr. Squatch soap ads over the last couple yrs. Couple that with my new mission of doing things as close to natural as I can, and my interest was peaked. I then did what most folks do when they want to learn more about said product, I went to the site and dropped a proverbial brick in my shorts when I looked at the price!!! I didn't want to give up on swapping the basement lab experiment that is my normal body wash for something more natural, but I also didn't want to sell one (or both) of my kids to do it. Enter crate 61. I didn't know this company from adam, they just had a "manly" variety box at a decent price with simple ingredients so why not. I'm here to tell you I'm never going back to "normal" body wash again. I have the definition of combination skin. My father's skin was greasy, my moms skin is bone dry. Therefore for the first hour after my shower I have tumble weeds rolling across my forehead, and from then on, It feels like I headbutted an oil tanker. After a couple days of using this soap I felt 1000% more balanced. It's not a miracle in a bar, but I have never felt moisturized AND clean getting out of the shower in my whole life. Those effects last hours. Eventually I get greasy again but you can't fight nature regardless (this also does't claim too) but the point is I feel great. The main ingredients in all of the bars are a combination of olive oil, coconut oil, avocado and palm oil with other variations depending on the bar. Those good oils have been proven to have an anti inflammatory effect on the skin and while I wouldn't call it a cure for acne, my skin is much clearer. I chalk it up to simple ingredients vs chemicals in modern soaps. As far as the scents, It's a mixed bag and completely subjective. Beside I have never had a shower wash of any kind stick around for more than an hr anyway so It's a moot point. I for one dig some, not others, hence the variety pack but I'll know what to order going forward. The 6 bars do come in a very nice box and while it would be a fine gift as packaged, it tends to combine the smells until they are removed for a day or so. In regards to longevity, 1 bar has so far lasted 2 weeks with only half gone. I'm an average dude but I'm bald (i use it for hair soap too with no dandruff) and basically take military showers so millage may vary. I recommend using a loofa and turn the heat down on your shower just a little. If you use the bar directly on your skin in a hot shower it's probably going to disappear quick. Honestly I'm ecstatic over this product and even recommended it to my sister who has the same dry vs greasy daily epic battle type skin as I do. The only downside so far is the eucamint bar I'm using now is not my fav and I want to move on but its holding up like a champ, go figure! UPDATE: 4/12/20 I'm still not through the entire box of soap and it still feels great to shower with. I have 2 full bars left after all this time so longevity is a plus. I have noticed that using a loofa less is more. I actually get a better scent out of the soap if I don't go crazy with it, just a few quick rubs on the loofa and I'm golden plus I bought a soap saver and keep it on the opposite end of the shower head. In all fairness I shower about 2 to 3 times a week with Neutrogena acne soap because of the aforementioned greasy skin but this soap helps keep that soap from drying everything out too much.

Easy recommendation
Style: For Him
Actual reviewer, not paid to make this, nor was incentivized. Great value - these soaps last around 3 months each. Scents are non-offensive, soap doesn't leave my skin dry, and I feel clean afterward. They also lather up really well!

IMMEDIATE REACTION, PLUS FOLLOW UP AFTER A WEEK!
Style: For Him
**Package arrived LITERALLY 5 minutes ago, here is my immediate initial reaction, and then I'll actually post this after USING the soap and getting a better feel for the product.** Keeping in mind that smell is subjective, here are my knee jerk thoughts on the bars of soap: - Firstly, I can smell the soap through the bag (and box). Whatever scent this is, it's POTENT. - Opening the box, the bars of soap look a LITTLE small. Not egregiously so, but a little bit smaller than your average bar of soap; BUT I check them against a new bar of Dove soap that I have, and they are identical. The eyes are playing tricks on you with these. - Here is the breakdown of the 6 scents - Activated Charcoal. This is what I was HOPING would smell like the "Pine Tar" that other companies (like Dr. Squatch, which I've never used, btw) have, but it is the "soap-est" smelling soap, with a hint of tar. It smells a little bit like a can of new paint. - Tango Mango. IMHO, the best smelling of the 6, with strong citrus smells. Very lemon-y, but pleasant. - Eucamint. Ahhh, here's what was permiating out of the box. This smell is STRONG, with an AGGRESSIVE mint smell. Like, Ben Gay mint. And as strong to boot. It doesn't smell BAD, but it's hands down the strongest scent. - Oatmeal Shea. Meh. Kinda smells like an old coat that would be hanging in your grandfathers closet. It's not a BAD smell, but it has this weird odor to it, like when you leave a can of peanuts in your cupboard for a long time, and then go back and smell it. - Patchouli Lime. This one kind of smells like a mixture of Activated Charcoal, Eucamint and Oatmeal Shea. It smells like a room that you just painted a day or two ago, and it definitely has the Ben Gay after aroma lingering. - Apline Spice. This smells like a box. Like find an empty cardboard box, open it, and take a whiff. Boom, Alpine Spice. My least favorite. I will say, none of them STINK; as in there isn't a smell that I'm like, "ewww, I don't want to smell like AT ALL!" Which sounds weird, because I described some of them as "paint," "an old coat," and "a cardboard box," but I feel that those are just very passive smells, not aggressively bad ones. If there is a problem soap, I would assume it's going to be Eucamint, because it might just be too overpowering, although I've found that the more you smell them, they seem to mellow out. I imagine that after a shower with these, the smell will dissipate enough that it will be more mild. Still, with the exception of Tango Mango; a very good smelling soap mind you, I'd say they are all very "manly" scents, and I'm excited to try them out. Ok, so I'm a little over a week in, and here's my final take. (I made it through Activated Charcoal and Tango Mango): First, the scents ABSOLUTELY mellow out when used to actually shower with them. My wife, who admittedly isn't really up on me like that, hasn't even mentioned me smelling differently than the last 11 years. So, if she's even noticed, it's not on a level to make a fuss about. This is important because fresh from the box, these things have some powerful scents, but they are definitely tamed by washing with them. The bars last ABOUT 7 showers. Obviously, your mileage will vary based on how long you're in the shower, how much you scrub, how you store them, etc, but I was able to get 7 GOOD showers out of these. I have them in these natural sisal (whatever that is) exfoliating bags that help lather and store the soap, and really did some good scrubbing in my showers. The bars lather decently, but I'm not sure how much the bag helps with that. If you are a once a day showerer, a bar a week is a very fair approximation of what you'll get. I definitely felt.....SOMETHING I didn't before with my shower gel showers. I don't know if that's the moisturizing, or the exfoliation, but my skin felt a little different after showering. A decent buy. I'm not thrilled, but I'm not upset either. I don't think it changed my life, or even the way I shower, but I'm not mad at the experiment. I may try the Dr. Squatch soaps to see how all these stack up.

Convinced to make the switch
Style: Citrus
Love this soap. I was using Jukebox, but I'm making the switch. Crate 61 feels better on my skin, the bars last a little longer and the 6 pack is $15 cheaper than I was paying for 6 bars with the Jukebox subscription. I get extremely dirty at my job so I tend to go through soap faster than the average women. Jukebox bars would last me about 4 days. These will last 6 or 7 days. Jukebox bars were a definite upgrade from body wash, but it would irritate the sensitive areas. I don't have that issue with this soap. Jukebox bars smell nice in the shower, but I feel like the scent didn't last beyond that. Crate 61 leaves a pleasantly subtle smell on my skin after showering. The only benefit with Jukebox is that you can choose the individual soaps in your 6 pack, rather than selecting one of the collections.
