Kenilworth Ivy forms a very dense carpet of succulent-looking, rounded, scalloped, medium-green leaves on purplish,trailing stems, and Ivy-Leaved Toadflax blooms all summer long with small, snapdragon-like, lilac flowers that contrast beautifully with evergreen foliage. Although a half hardy perennial, this plant is often grown as a half hardy annual.

Kenilworth Ivy makes a wonderful, extremely low to the ground, trailing ground cover, and this excellent climbing plant looks fabulous growing in walls cracks and cascading over rockeries in rock gardens.
